Xanrym - Toska and Oliver will stay back in Orlane if you ask them to, they've both put forward their arguments as to why you should take them. It's up to y'all as to whether you do or not.
Avery - You sneak through the shop; through the stacks of wire, rope, and supplies; to the back room. Where you hear the small boy crying while Isiah snarls at him, "Don't you scream you little wretch. You thought you could fool me and my mistress? They'll never make it to the swamp... but i'll make sure you get to meet her." You see him getting some rope and things ready to bind the child.
Avery will rush in and get between the man and the boy, drawing his sword. "You must be one of those brave ones to scare a child, how about you face someone your own size! I give you one chance to surrender, or I'll knock you into next week. Your choice!"
As Avery runs into the room, he see that Isiah and Micah aren’t alone. There are four young men in here, all similar looking, all brandishing clubs. However, despite their numbers, they step back at the knight running into the room with sword drawn.
Isiah snarls at you, “You send the boy in here to do your errands? I think that the people of this town need to be taught a lesson in loyalty, Kilian siding with outsiders like you over our constable.” He shakes his head with a wicked smile. “We might need to pay a few people a visit while you’re gone.”
Avery shrugs, "As it seems you want to threaten the town, I will have to stop you." He attacks, with the intent to knock out and take prisoner. He yells for the boy to run and get help. Attack: 10, damage 9
Avery - You easily knock out Isiah. His sons snarl at you and all attack you with their clubs. I'll roll initiative for you:
Group 1: Micah
Group 2: Avery
Group 3: Isiah's sons
Micah heeds your words and bolts out of the room. The rest of you are heading to the livery stable just as Micah comes bursting out of the village store screaming about being abducted and Avery killing the store owner. I'll fold everyone's initiative into the fight next round once you decide what to do, at this point you're fairly sure your the only people who've noticed the boy running out of the store.
And inside the store Avery is up, the four young men are about to smack you with their clubs. They don't look like they really know what they're doing.
Avery's sword isn't as effective in this confined space. He's unable to get a strong thrust at any of the young men. But they all attack him:
Man 1 club against Avery Attack: 14 Damage: 1 Bludgening
Man 2 club against Avery Attack: 4 Damage: 1 Bludgening
Man 3 club against Avery Attack: 21 Damage: 2 Bludgening
Man 4 club against Avery Attack: 12 Damage: 2 Bludgening
As for Liarin's attempt to calm down the boy, I think the DC for that will be quite high. This is a small child running home to his parents after being captured. But if you roll a Persuasion check and make a good argument for why he should quieten down, i'll let you roll with advantage.
Xanrym and Theldrin can also take turns now before I fold everyone into the initiative order.
Liarin will try to calm Micah down to stop more of an alarm from being raised.
Xanrym says, "It's all right, Liarin. I can take Micah back home. I think that you'll be better able to help to Avery." He squats down and holds out a hand, "Hi, Micah. I'm sorry if what you saw scared you. Here, let me take you back home to your parents."
(OOC: I guess that this is either Xanrym providing help to Liarin or Xanrym making a separate attempt at persuasion15.)
Micah breathes heavily, "Let's back to my house right now, I need to tell my dad what happened. I need to see my mom." Rolling everyone into the initiative order now
Group 1: You all
Group 2: Isiah's sons
Avery faces down Isiah's sons as Liarin and Theldrin are outside, having just been told about Avery's situation. Xanrym is with Micah taking him back to his house.
Another thing i'll note is that there are a few people milling around the area. They don't have a clear idea of what's going on, but they've seen Micah running and yelling, as well as Liarin and Theldrin heading towards the store.
[[Clarification needed, can I get to Avery with 30 ft. of movement? I will post two courses of action, depending upon the answer.]]
[[If yes]] Liarin runs inside the shop, shifts into wolf (not dire) form and tries to pull one of the sons off of Avery.
Attack: 19 Damage: 6 (non-lethal, advantage from pack tactics) DC 11 Str save or knocked prone.
[[If no]] Liarin runs inside the shop, trying to get within melee range of the sons to try and take some heat off of Avery. (Is there room to dire wolf/Brown Bear next round?)

Assuming he can move into melee this round, Theldrin steps into the room brandishing his new (used) quarterstaff. He will attempt to subdue one of Isiah's sons, wielding the staff with both hands.
Micah breathes heavily, "Let's back to my house right now, I need to tell my dad what happened. I need to see my mom."
....Xanrym is with Micah taking him back to his house.
Xanrym takes Micah's hand so that he can't run off unprotected. The livery stable is just across from the store, but Xanrym doesn't want to take any chances.
Another thing i'll note is that there are a few people milling around the area. They don't have a clear idea of what's going on, but they've seen Micah running and yelling, as well as Liarin and Theldrin heading towards the store.
Seeing the curious people around, Xanrym tries to misdirect them. He calls out in his "stage voice": "It seems that Isiah was attacked! My friends have gone to help, but it's possible that there's a bandit loose in Orlane! You should all return to your own homes to check that everyone is safe and secure there!" (Deception22, including minimum roll from Silver Tongue feature)
"Come, Micah. Let's get you home," Xanrym says. He tries to get Micah focused on home again before the boy can say anything else. Xanrym hurries over to the livery stable as quickly as Micah's pace will allow without actually running. As Xanrym walks away with Micah, he glances back to check whether anyone headed directly for Isiah's store. (Perception14) Assuming that all of the cultists know one another, anyone who races to Isiah's side or who distrusts the party are most likely cultists. Xanrym fears that the party will soon have no choice but to start killing cultists, even if they're just villagers whom the naga enchanted and forced to join the her cult.

Theldrin and Liarin run into the storeroom. Theldrin know King out one son while Liarin bashes the other. With Avery also subduing the third there’s only one left. He can’t get out of the room due to Liarin blocking the way, so instead he’ll just throw down his club and scream, “HELP, HELP, THEY’VE KILLED THEM ALL, THE MONSTERS HAVE KILLED EVERYONE!”
A Performance check to see if anyone takes notice: 10
Xanrym’s voice drowns out the yells from inside the store. Everyone hurries back to there houses and does not interfere.
Xanrym escorts Micah back to the livery stable. He runs inside crying to his mom, happy back to relative safety. You see over in the stables Kilian poke his head quizzically while getting the horse ready.
Your all up, Xanrym is at the livery stable with the confused family, while the rest of you are inside the store with the final man getting ready to scream again.
