The snipe quickly swipes at Khab twice before scurrying away avoiding any attacks that may pursue it. Rushing through the fog as it begins to screech for help.

Striking twice at Khab (Straight rolls due to pack and fog) Moving 30 feet away.
If he is fired at he can now see as he's outside the fog. So shooting through the fog will be pure disadvantage unless Khab drops concentration (Which he can drop on his turn for no cost.)
OOC Khab will keep it even if the other snipe is past it now and using it as cover? Ranged attacks agains the fleeing snipe will have disadvantage as they are outside of the fog themselves now.
He will BA cunning action Disengage from the snipe, and will start to chase the other one full movement and will dash past the snipe in an attempt to cut off its excape.
