Each square on the map is 10ft so Ral is 60 ft from the Skeletons and 80 ft from the Mummy. The rest of you are 80 ft from Skeletons and 100 ft from the Mummy.
The map feature is fairly new so I'm not sure why some can see it and others not.
It looks like it should be ok from my end of it.

I’ll have Lars (invisiable ) fly 30 feet up to look over battlefield for any additional monsters/things to watch out for
i rolled a modified 20. For 4 points damage to skel 1
also I move my dancing lights -which are in form of a medium human twds the skeletons (they were originally 50 feet from them basically between us and them initially) I’ll move them this round to see if skeletons engage them at all and put the lights about 30 feet in front of skeltons between Ral and them that way the skeletons will need to pass by them
(just validating) with Ral just barely missing that’s him also using the 1d4 bless from the potion herioism with the +2 from bolt/and heavy weapon (so extra 3-6 to hit) I hadn’t noticed the bless aspect on my first read of the potion and I’m unsure with game how the +1 bolts get picked up by game. (Still new to the beyond D&D mechanics)

I completely forgot this and will divert a random number of hits to the dancing light humanoid. Not that I'm looking to save Rals ass, but it was a great idea and I think it should have been partially successful if not all the way.

I did factor in bless.... He rolled a 4 and Bless was +3 and he's +4 to hit...that's 11 and their ac is 13. The character sheet automatically factors in the + of the weapon.

"Petnan, I have learned the staff has the same traits as the spell, so I will need to touch Ral with the staff to Cure Wounds. I am going to run to Ral to do so. When I get the chance, I will also attempt to Command the mummy to halt so others can continue to shoot at them from a distance."
(OOC: The movement and use of the staff as an action take up one round. Rolled for HP 6+4=10. The Command spell will be for the next round, assuming no one is too hurt.)

(Ooc: Re Rals bless. Yep assumed you hadn’t forgot. I’m conditioned to ask that kind of stuff from my monthly game where a new player is always forgetting to add stuff to his hit and damage . Assumed you were completely on top of it (unfortunately in this case as it would have helped Also good to know the game helps keep track of that aspect as well

Darbakh hears Smudge mention ‘shoot at a distance’ and immediately jumps into action without any forethought. He uses all his movement to get as close to Ral as possible, right next to the barbarian, and hurls his fire bolt at the mummy.

Ooc:smudge. Hey with a skeleton attacking my light monster that means ral only took 15 points of damage from 2 not 3 arrows and with this temp 10 Hp means he’s only down 5. not sure it that changes what you would do. just trying to be helpful. (If this isn’t helpful let me know and I’ll adjust)
