Darbakh feels the burn and suddenly, after the fact, he understands why Ral told them to scatter earlier. With his only ranged attack being fire, the duergar realizes that he can’t go on the offensive. Instead, he moves northwest, toward the dragon but putting space between himself and the others. Waving his arms and hollering, he does his best to draw the red dragon’s attention.
“Hey, lobster! Is it true that pink dragons like you evolved from kobolds?” he asks, cupping his hands around his mouth to fill the whole area with his insults. “Chop chop, I’m waiting for an answer! I traveled a long way to meet the Graceless Pink Dragon of the Scorpion Woods. I know it must be you!”
IC: After quickly checking to see if his eyebrows were not burnt off, Smudge gives an invocation Tymora would more likely hear and respond positively to, then sits back to watch the fireworks.

Ral rolls a 20 so save and has a fire resistance Potion active. 6.5 round down always unless it specifies otherwise. 6 dmg to Ral Thp down to 4 now.

I think smudge is up as I’m looking through Lars eyes and I think it’s the only action i can take
unless you have a bonus attack you can do as well. If you do have a bonus action you can do it while the others take their turns:

Ral
Ral readies an action.
if the dragon lands he’ll use his maul to attack twice
if the dragon stays in flight he’ll us two more javelins at the beast.
so depending on what the dragon does determines his actions.
real moves up to support Darbakh
