"Huh... Where did the -- oh... Oh no! Uhh… We might be in trouble soon."Jolly says to the others. Then after a small bit of "hmm'ing' and "haw'ing", he will thanks Jannath for her protection, and then with tersely muttered *"Wakey-wakey" in sylvan after touching the stones in his pocket, pull out three of the glowing and rune encrusted buggers. "Here. Use these instead." He says, passing the magic stones off to Zubeki before rushing forward to cut off Broodguard engaged with Naivara and Vrak from the south.
For Zubeki and DM:
Magic Stone: +5 to hit, +3 to Damage
If passing the stones was just a free action, he'll take a swing at the creature from its behind for:
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
If Shillelagh would technically still be up from the initial ambush attempt, then add a +1 to the above 'to hit', and 6 magical bludgeoning to the damage.
And I'll make the necessary amendments after having this stuff confirmed.

Peq stands up on the bed, walks to its edge, steps over the chest and using his Halfling nimbleness slides between Jolly's legs so he can stab the Broodguard saying as he does so "You're just as ugly as your brother that woke me up, since I can't get at him I'll have a go at you." He then uses his cunning action to disengage and retreat back to behind Naivara.
Watching the broodguard miss with all three attacks, Fae-Selu starts playing something different. This new tune doesn't really sound like a song but more like an insult to which some would swear they can almost hear words. (See Spoiler)
Vicious Mockery v Broodguard that stayed in the room. (Damage in Discord)
Jolly has sanctuary 8 rounds, Pequ has Sanctuary for 9 rounds, Vrak has bardic Inspiration, Naivara has rage 9 more rounds
Zubeki is up
Zubeki backs up, creating more of a wall between the creature and the wounded Peq. He tries to take great care aiming this time, his eyes still half closed with the mirror still revealed. String latched, bolt secure, breath out, one heartbeat and... Zubeki fires another bolt at the Broodguard but it goes over its head and sticks in the ceiling.
Vrak grunts as his sword bites into the creature and immediately brings his sword back across for another slash. The sword cuts a shallow wound across the Broodguards leg. (6 damage)

Naivara glares at the Broodguard before her, she swings at it once again aiming to kill. She doesn't notice the other one had run off as she lets out a battle cry, her focus solely on the enemy before her. The Broodguard dodges out of the way of the attack and then lunges forward biting Naivara in the leg ripping a chunk off of her and swallowing it. (9 damage 1/2'ed so 4 damage) He then lashes out with his claws and scratches up Vraks face, blood dripping from two long gashes, one on each cheek, (11 damage) knocking Vrak unconscious.
As Vrak is falling Zee speaks out in Druidic and the vrak feels the warmth of her healing spell course through his body waking him back up. (10 healed)
Shifting first to the left-handed side of the creature, Jolly won't strike at the creature, but instead harry and keep it hemmed in enough to help Naivara gained the upper hand on her next attack. Afterwards, he'll move back to the south of it without leaving its immediate strike range.
"C'mon now you. You best surrender while you still got a chance." The firbolg weakly suggests, for surely it was smart enough to realize he -- she(?) couldn't take them all on.
Only taking a moment to examine the rune-enchanted pebble in his hand, Zubeki gently tosses it in the air. As it reaches the apex, Zubeki snatches it and continues his arm forward in a whipping motion. A flash of light streams from his hands as the runes flicker and fly towards the creature. "Take this you scaled cretin!" (Attack: 21 Damage: 5)
Vrak screams in pain as the creature claws his face and he begins to feel darkness overtake him. But with Zee's immediate aid he regains consciousness and continues to press the fight.
He slashes again a the beast with his sword.
Attack: 12 Damage: 8
But Vrak feels that his strike was not enough and calls upon the bardic inspiration to help his aim

Her greataxe chops through the Broodguards shoulder and continues going through its body and coming out near its hip, a moment later the top half of the body slides off the body half before both parts hit the floor.
Jolly grimaces for a second before letting out a weary sigh of relief. "Too close..." He muttered, and then looks to the others. "Is everyone alright? If you need to, take the berries and... Wait... Wasn't there-..."He squints and shakes his head. "Yes, two, but... And... Oh no."Without much of another word, Jolly will rush to the southern door, shield still glowing and ready for attack a surprise attack right around the bend.
If one should not come and no visible threats are abound, he'll quickly glance down both ends of the hallway before taking off for Peq's and Fae's old prison room so long as none stop him. Thus, the slow to react and without dark vision would be left in the dark.

Fae-Selu relaxes a bit as the broodguard is dropped but as Jolly rushes to watch the hallway, he readies his instrument, ready if anything else comes into the room.
Pequeno wanders over to the two halves of the Broodguard and says "they really ugly, but they do look better in smaller pieces." He goes to kick one of the pieces, looks at his bare foot and the gore all over the floor and thinks better of it. He then goes and picks his crossbow up from under the desk where he had dropped it previously.
"How is everyone doing? Are we all feeling able to continue?" Zubeki rummages through his bag. "I am unable to discern what these potions are, but there is always a good chance they can heal. Though I don't want any of us to be the test subject." He scans the wreckage of the room, noticing the mirror still is uncovered. "Everyone, eyes down and away from that mirror. Vrak, what happened to you?" Zubeki starts his unseen servant ritual, and once the eleven minutes have passed, it will be instructed to cover that mirror and to bring down the tapestry.
Vrak looks around at the carnage. "I'm not sure what happened but DO NOT LOOK IN THE MIRROR! When I uncovered it I looked and suddenly a snake headed man creature, some sort of Yuan-ti attacked me. I was hard pressed but scored a few hits on it. It wounded me as well. Then the creature disappeared and I helped you fight this other thing. Did you not see what I fought or hear me call for help? It came right out of the mirror and attacked me."
Vrak would not even look in the direction of the mirror until it was covered again. Vrak busy's himself on the other side of the room looking in the chest, his back to the mirror. He takes the dagger and the money pouches. Glancing at the exterior of the book he hands it to Zubeki. "You can probably use this."
Seeing Jolly start to leave the room "Wait! Where are you going? Hold on for us. We will be ready shortly."
Jolly stops just short of leave the room, but refused to not at least check out the hallway. "But -- There isn't much time, right? If that one was wise enough to leave after engaging us, the others won't be far behind."He states, and then at that point he'll shut the door before walking over to the dresser. After a moment's hesitation he'll start checking it over to see how easy it would be to move the thing.
"We need to get to their other captive. If they are still alive, those... creatures probably left him in the same room new friends were in. And we need to help'm, and... and... I dunno, leave for a while? And what's this about a man in a mirror?" He looks to Vrak with a look that, for first time since meeting the giant-kin, wasn't even remotely his namesake. Instead, there was a look of desperation, confusion, and borderline pleading to his gaze. He doesn't wait for an answer before turning back to the dresser with the solemn aim of at least partially barring the southern door with it for at least the time being.
"Gonna make difference. Gonna make it right."He half-mutters under his breath.
Zee looks at Jolly and smiles. "No worries, I'll get the other captive and bring him back safely." She runs out the east door leaving the party in the room.
By the time Zubeki finishes his ritual and the unseen servant covers the mirror, Zee returns with the unconscious captive and places him on the bed.
Pequeno never one to pass up a profit goes and has a closer look at the bedclothes. He calls Zubeki over saying "I understand you to be a purveyor of fine fabrics, are these" pointing to the bed clothes "worth keeping or could you do something useful with them?" He goes onto to say "because after three days in the water, these" pointing to his clothes"are wrecked and if you could help me at your leisure to replace them, I would be most grateful!"

Zubeki chuckles "No Peq, no outfit is ever ruined, your outfit just needs an expert's care. Here, let me see what I can do for now until we have more down time."Zubeki waves his fingers as prestidigitation drains the water and dirt that has collected in Pequeno's clothes into a puddle at his feet. Zubeki leans in a between two fingers he fixes the slashes from the Broodguard with mending. "There, while not as good as new, I can mend more when we take a rest. We can let this poor fellow bleed on the bed." Zubeki curiously examines the prisoner, trying to extrapolate who they are from their clothing or markings (Investigation: 15)
Vrak looks around at the group. "If you are all ready, I say we head out and rest. We need to get this man to safety or at least out of here and we can't take him with us if we explore the rest of the temple. Perhaps he can tell us about what happened to him and what goes on here."
Having taken the remaining items from the chest he moves to the desk and takes the papers and drawings and rolls them up into his map case.
"We'll stop and grab the gold bowl in the altar room. I'm not sure we can move the altar itself, even with elephants. But we can give it a try if you want."
With that said Vrak moves to the south door and stands next to Jolly. "I see your concern friend, but that other creature is still out there and you can't face it alone.Bring your light and let's get this man out of here."
While waiting for the other's Vrak Lay on Hands to himself for 5 pts of healing.
When the party has gathered what they want to take he will move south down the corridor and stop in the altar room. If we get the bowl without issues then we leave and go outside.
