As you all traverse to the next room in the Maze, whoever has a torch, it just winked out. Weird, for there is no wind or sound between rooms.

ZONE 1 - THE HALLS OF CHRONIA

ROOM 5 - CYANOXANTHA

This room is dark, there are only a few torches in this room creating light. The only thing in this room in the most enormous painting you've ever seen along the left wall as you walk in. The painting is a grossly exaggerated mosaic of a 2 dimensional woman that looks like, if you could describe it, a witch. She looks mean, old, ugly, and angry. As you all walk into the room, she animates in the painting, always looking 2 dimentional - she screams out a riddle:

"THE FIRST TO CROSS THESE COILS MUST DANCE,
THE SECOND, SING TO SAFETY REACH,
THE THIRD MUST BLEED OR RISK MISCHANCE,
THE FOURTH ONE DIES BETWEEN MY TEETH,
THE NEXT WILL BE THE FIRST ONCE MORE,
AND DO NOT CHEAT, I'M KEEPING SCORE."

This one is a big deal, folks. Mistakes now will kill you.

Keksi shrugs, it isn't going to get any easier than the first task. She attempts to frolic, skip and spin her way across the room.

Goggick is looking around in the room, without crossing it, to see any possible traps.

"Well I'm not very good at dancing and singing. I'm happy to cross the room as the third. But what do we do for the fourth, can we send an animal or a conjuration ?"

Astrid sprints across the room, all the while singing quite loudly:

Twas a crazy old elf named Ileef

Who caused the farmers much grief

Cut their legs off for fun

And say "Look I've invented ground beef!”

Dundur

”I suppose you all look to me to go fourth.” During my wait, I take a knee and pray to the powerful god Tur. I stand in the sunset, O Lord of Swords, seeking your wisdom in the last ray of light. On the fourth, i approach the art. “What is it you shall seek of such a fierce warrior?”

That night, Dundur feasted with the gods in Valhalla! Dundur was finally home. 

Percival will slide Neon Umbra over the palm of his hand and let his blood hit the floor. "I hope that this is enough for you." 

Then he crosses.

As Astrid cross while singing, Goggick takes his dagger and cut his skin and crosses at a relative high speed.
Droplets of blood falls on the floors as he crosses.

Percival has already bled himself, but if Goggick wants to dance across after Dundur goes, that's cool.

Ok, so i'm going to update now according to the order of people who posted.

THE FOURTH ONE DIES BETWEEN MY TEETH, - Dundur has sacrificed himself for the rest of the group.
THE NEXT WILL BE THE FIRST ONCE MORE,
AND DO NOT CHEAT, I'M KEEPING SCORE."

As Dundur waits to go fourth, Percival cuts himself and makes it across. Then Dundur says his prayer, and approaches the art, asking what it wants. I'm actually surprised you did this, Dundur, but you sacrifice won't go in vain. What shall it seek? Your death. The painting turns 3D and in a horrible fashion words not invented could only describe, you are eaten alive by the painting. Goggick's post comes next, he cuts himself and begins to walk over, but the order is incorrect, so as the painting finishes devouring Dundur, Cyanoxantha animates, grabs you with blinding speed, and you become part of the painting.

Goggick, inside the painting, Cyanoxantha attacks you with abstract limbs. Truly, it's hard to describe what you're feeling, stuck in 2D inside a painting fighting a 2D abstract painting inside it. You'll just have to use your imagination.

You can attack it now, if you wish, and you won't be set free until everyone is across, and yes..it's still keeping score. No one but Goggick can enter combat, right now it's just him and Cyanoxantha.

Percival is unnerved and horrified about the manner of Dundur's death, but it would be unbecoming for someone of nobility to lose composure in front of these misfits. Besides, there are more urgent matters to attend to. "Someone dance over here so that the rest of the group can cross before the gnome is torn apart!"

It looks like Goggick is so far (in a very abstract way) holding his own against Cyanoxantha; still, it doesn't look good. While Keksi can't join the fight, maybe she can pray to the spirits to put their hands on the scales of chance? She chants something, and an abstract painted glowing translucent circle surrounds Goggick in the portrait (Shield of Faith, +2 to AC).

Astrid yells out across the room “An animal!  Can anyone cast an animal spell?  Send it over as the fourth crosser!”

Keksi: "Wait, do we send a sacrifice or a dancer, I'm confused, it's #5 unless Goggick reset the counter to #4 by going as #3 incorrectly, I don't know what to do!"

What does the painting want from us? Insight: 23

"Dundur was the fourth crosser. He sacrificed himself for the rest of us. Now someone dance over here."

Wait, no. The next person to cross does the first on the list. Then another person does mumber two. After number four someone starts at mumber one again. I hope that makes sense. You can redo your post.

In the painting, you can see a 2D little gnome dodging (attack against him are now at disadvantage) and trying to hide (bonus action)
