"I think having Davis scout out the smaller tunnel could be smart. But please don't go so far we can't reach you if you need help! If the tunnel just doesn't seem plausible, then maybe we can make a raft." Alcyone suggests, a little guiltily, worried about sending Davis in on his own.
Davis starts to move through the small passage, the sides and ceiling pressing down on his mind if not his body. He gets about 10 feet in before his movement disturbs some of the rubble above. (Make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw to reach the other side of the crawlspace unscathed - another 15' before it opens up to another chamber. On a failed save, Davis takes 5 bludgeoning damage from the falling rubble.)
Focused on moving slowly, he doesn't notice an outcropping of rocks. He scrapes across it, snagging his armor, bringing a small cache of large rocks crashing down on his head.
Dexterity: 8
With any hope of stealth now lost, Davis will continue further down the small passage.
Vanizi smiles as Davis agrees to scout out the tunnel. "Here, I can send some help!" Suddenly, a small flying creature appears about 30 ft from Vanizi, in the direction of the narrow tunnel. Looking like a miniature dragon, some might recognize it as a pseudodragon. with pinkish colorings. 'Follow the halfling. And stay wary,' she transmits telepathically to the creature. (Perception for the pseudodragon: 15)
Davis makes it through the small tunnel, a little worse for wear. Although he caused several large rocks to fall on him, these are easily moved and the rest of the group can follow behind if they wish, or Davis can return. Davis is back in the dim light on the other side, where the passage opens to about 10' wide and splits to the south and west. (Map)
Davis looks at the little dragon and says, "If your able to communicate with Vanizi, tell her and the others to come through the tunnel, all is clear, and dry. Or, fly back and tell her, I'll wait here. Please."
The pseudodragon gives Davis a bit of a nod, and spins back to look towards the others. (OOC - from the map I'm assuming Vanizi would be within 100 ft and it can communicate telepathically within that range)
"Ah! Thrixi shows me that Davis has reached a spot where the passage opens up again. It doesn't seem too far," Vanizi tells the others. "Let's go." She immediately starts to slowly squeeze her way through the tight passage.
The small passage is about 35' long, heading generally south. It's a tight squeeze - if you are claustrophobic, the passage is like one of your worst nightmares. But, with the help of your friends and Davis' encouragement from the other side, the party safely makes it through and to the other side! The tunnel splits two ways: west toward a stone door, and south toward a foul-smelling chamber. (updated map)
Katarina is still a bit uneasy of the narrow tunnel, but she eventually decides that it's better to take the known path than the unknown one.
She sets her pack on the ground and rummages through it for a few moments, until she finds a travelling cloak which she puts on to give herself (and her dress) a little bit of protection from dirt and rubble.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Emerging from the narrow tunnel, Vanizi motions to the pseudodragon, which flies over to perch on her shoulder. "Great job relaying the message Thrixi," she says in a cheerful voice to the creature. Having gone ahead of the others, she takes a few steps towards the south, trying to see what might be in that direction. And what might be causing the foul smell. "I hope we don't need to go that way. Eww!"
Not seeing much, Vanizi turns away from the south path and looks towards the door to the west. "I say we should go that way," and she points towards the door.
(Moving you all along, since it's been a few days...)
The stone door opens easily towards you, opening into a 15'x20' chamber. There is another exit to the west, with steps leading up to the northwest. A stone, gold-painted sarcophagus rests in the center of this tomb. The sides of the sarcophagus bear a relief depicting two women gazing lovingly over a field and a city, and the lid has a faintly distinguishable family crest carved into it. Old weapons and decorated armor line the walls of this room. You see that the door you entered through is concealed from inside the room - lucky you to discover a secret door from the back side! (Map)
With Davis examining the sarcophagus, Vanizi moves along the walls just looking at the various weapons and pieces of armor. She's more trying to see if there are any interesting markings or symbols. (Perception: 9)
Family Crest. Engraved on the lid of the sarcophagus is a coat of arms depicting a blunted six-point crown. You recognize this symbol as the crest of the Hallwinter family, whose lineage produced renowned knights throughout the Sword Coast.
Vanizi:
Treasure. Most items stored in this tomb have rusted, but one shield remains intact and appears in very good condition despite the environment
Vanizi steps over towards one of the shields hanging from the wall. "Most of the items here show a bit of rust and age. But this shield here seems to be in very good condition." She reaches to remove the shield from the wall and look at it more closely. "I don't really use shields, but perhaps one of you could benefit from it."
"Katarina has one already, but thank you," the feline says with a smile when Vanizi mentions the shield.
However, her eyes are drawn towards the fancy armor... if there are any sets of half-plate that would fit her, she would be quite interested. She'll go ahead and burn her second use of detect magic to determine if anything in here is magical and what, if any, schools of magic are associated with these items.

Davis will move stealthily through the collapsed passage, only moving as far as the light behind him allows him to see. No more than 30 feet to start.

Davis shares with the others, “This sarcophagus belongs to the Hallwinter family. A house of Knights!”
He mutters a quick prayer to the soul inside, and then moves away from the sarcophagus to see what the others are up to.
