Gralwynn looks upwards, towards the source of the noise, looks back to Rynna and Creak. She gives them 1 nod, then runs to the stairs, climbing as far up them as she can towards the source.
(OoC: I have 30 ft mv, which should be enough, but I'm not sure on the distance.
Also; Reed was carrying the torch for our group, do either I or Rynna have it, or are we in the dark?)
(I'll let you know how i use my remaining action when i find out the distance)
With your 30 feet of movement, it gets you partway up the stairs. Reed's torch fell to the ground, still burning, so you are good to pick it up as a free interaction during your move.
Knowing that sound couldn't be anything good and with the hopes of finding her companion, Rynna follows the elf at a dash grabbing the torch on the way.
The two adventurers from below dash up the stairs, stopping just in time to see the living armor striding across the room and swinging at Finlan with two armored fists.
Attack 1: 21 for 8 bludgeoning damage. Attack 2: 9 for 7 bludgeoning damage.

Balmaris turns towards the sounds outside of the room and draws his sickle from his belt. When he clears the doorway and spots the armor he will rush in and try to strike at it with his sickle and then a turning kick..
Adric takes a mighty swing at the armor, unfortunately the blade swings wide, slicing through cobwebs as it sails by. Thankfully, though, this sets Balmaris and Finlan for a vicious double attack, their weapons making a ringing clatter, punctuated by Balmaris's thudding kick.
Deleting the attack I put in as it can't act yet. Whoops!

Gralwynn, muttering under her breath "Hope works, hate this plan.", she bursts into the room, putting herself between the wall and this armour, she channels the spell Primal Savagery and attacks... the oil lamp closest to/lines up with the armour!?
(Not fully sure what you are attempting here. Are you attacking the oil lamp with your Primal Savagery? If so, what is your hopeful effect (since the spell calls out attacking a creature specifically, I want to make sure I'm getting the scene right in my head))
(The idea is to bust open the lamp, causing oil to pour forth onto the armour, which Rynna can then light, immolating/melting it.
The reason behind Primal Savagery is because it sharpens my hands and deals acid damage, to corrode the metal of the lamp, so as to avoid a strength check, which Gralywnn would obviously fail. )
Gralwynn manage to wind her way into the space between the armor and the wall, catching sight of one of the oil lamps hanging there. Deciding against the metal of the lamp, she instead manages to catch the glass bulb holding the fuel, shattering it and causing 7 cups of the viscous liquid to pour out. While it doesn't quite coat the armor, given its distance from the wall at this point, it does get some on the creature's legs, which Rynna can attempt to light with an action. The oil will stick around on the creature for 3 rounds yet, it is pretty sticky!

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the oil splashes along the floor, Rynna slings a ball of fire at the armored creature. While the mote of fire does, in fact, miss the armor, it doesn't fall harmlessly to the floor. It's weakened streak sends it square into the puddle of lamp oil on the floor, sending up a gout of fire that does flicker up the back of the armor's leg, dealing 1 fire damage to the creature! With not a sound other than metal on metal, it swings towards Finlan first, and then Balmaris.
The flames catch some of the cobwebs and flare brightly, filling the space with flickering orange light as the material burns savagely!
Attack on Finlan: 13 for 5 bludgeoning damage. Attack on Balmaris: 7 for 8 bludgeoning damage.
(OOC: As a general rule, I will notfactor in any of your damage reductions in my posts. I leave it up to you to track if you take less damage because of things like Rage or racial bonuses.)

Creak arrives up the stairs to see a burning tin man clobbering a tiny child as well as a very pale elf. Surprised for a moment, Creak pulls his bow and releases an arrow for the joint of the creature! “Smile you son of a- rusty piece o’ junk!” Attack: 21 Damage: 10 piercing damage + 6 sneak attack!

The armor tries to follow up with a second strike but misses as Finlan avoids contact easily.
