The large one with glaive looks at Morric and smiles and says in sort of a slurred common. "We have heard from goblin deserters of a large creature with a huge sword that fits your description in Silverton. They say he hunts them for some reason, killing them when they sleep. Called him "the Goblin Slayer." Some think the man is a demon but you look like a fat ugly human to me."
In a strange sort of deja vu, Vydar sees a white giant weasel climb down the cliff face and bite Lira, not letting go. This is the last thing he saw before Paivirra disappeared at the pyramid.
Zarbyn will cast Eldritch Blast at (C) right next to Morric.
Attack: 22 Damage: 6
Then he will move up about 20 to 25 feet (moved him on owlbear).

( oh, i thought the summary was the end of round, lol)
I thought the text in orange near the bottom of the summary was a prompt for those characters to take their turn... I may of misunderstood and jumped the gun, if so just ignore my post and move Zarbyn back 20 feet.

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
(all good, and yes, the orange is a prompt for turns but to keep it going, I'm trying to get those available to post when they can!!!, Dwar posted at 2169 (is his round 1) and we were still in surprise round, then posted a second turn)
Amdeangs flurry of blows quickly dispatches the second already injured kobold
Zarbyns magical blast hits the smaller Kobold on Morric's left (16/22hp)
---->Vydar, Lev
Then Kobold Signifier, and Inventor (b), and skunk.
Eyes widening, Vydar yells, "LIRA!" Drawing his sword, he dashes towards the lira and the giant weasel. He can't let another friend be taken by that creature. The blade glows slightly as he taps into the power within him and his pace quickens. (Activating bladesong as bonus action)
Lev and Vydar get into position so as to be more effective. Vydar remembers the dark moonlight night when Paevira was grabbed by a huge White Weasel and carried away into the darkness near the pyramid. Lev advances the Morric, making it the two of them versus the two well trained Kobolds. He notes that they seem to be soldiers by their markings and coordinated attacks.
A Kobold near the tent advances. He seems to carry a battle standard of sorts. As he nears his allies, it is clear their resolve and will strengthens (the standard bearer has an aura). The Kobold calls out in Draconic a command. In an instant (reaction) the two Kobolds for a shield wall near the standard. (no opportunity attacks). He then raises his standard and slams it to the ground, chanting something. Some of the wounds on the dragon shield and (C) heal and magic flows from the kobold and its powerful prayer.
Then the kobold throws whip his stick into the air, flinging a cage at Morric. A swarm of angry wasps emerges, trying to bite everything nearby. (It hits Morric square in the chest, and the little angry creatures get under his armor (Nat 20), 13 damage.
A tiny skunk angrily moves toward the weasel and rider and sprays them. (Weasel and its Kobold rider both make their con save against the retched odor.)
Lira struggles to free herself from the beast's jaws, grimacing in pain as she loses blood. She regrets ever thinking the giant weasels were cute. She gasps and hurries away when she manages to slip free, moving to get behind Vydar.
Action: Acrobatics 15
Bonus Action: cunning action disengage, full movement west
Lira is able to maneuver out of the sharp teeth of the large creature and moves to Vydar.
The white weasel pursues, (1-3 Vydar, 4-6 Lira)(1), but decides Vydar may be tastier: to hit 25, 4 piercing damage. It latches on to Vydar
A dire weasel that hits with its bite attack latches onto the opponent’s body with its powerful jaws. An attached dire weasel loses its Dexterity bonus to AC and thus has an AC of 12. An attached dire weasel can be struck with a weapon. To get out of the grapple takes an action, athletics or acrobatics check, (DC 10), or you can just attack anyway.
'I feel something cracking inside of me. As though I'm uncertain who I am, or who I'm becoming. We all came together seeking a mentor, a leader...a woman we found murdered and left to rot.
We banded together in search of some remnants of purpose. Perhaps we sought justice for the wrongness of it, or revenge to sate baser instincts. The good or evil of the intent seems to matter less and less each time a dark path leads us to pain.
Even now I stand tired and diseased as my allies face being struck down and trampled. If I'm honest with myself I must admit I sought out this war. I yearned for it. I prayed to my Gods to forge me into their spear so I could overcome war by mastering it. So I could bring justice to lawless lands. These hardships are the flames meant to prepare us to be quenched in the waters of redemption, making us stronger... Or destroying us completely.'
lólinder breaks into a determined stride moving 30ft northwest toward the group of kobolds, his eyes fixated on the one with the standard and aura. He begins praying to Telek as though that will offset the prayers of this apparent leader of the kobolds.
(I couldn't move the token in OB Rodeo... But movement should get him just to the west side of the wood pile ahead of him)
He holds aloft his staff and casts Bone Chill sending a necromantic pulse at the enemy caster.
24 to hit for 3 necrotic damage.
Not much but it'll prevent healing as well.
"Make certain your gods hear your calls while you stand fiend, so they may better hear your cries when you fall!"
'No, I am not the hands of my Gods offering safely to the weak. I am not the hearts of my Gods promising hope those who have given up. I am the weapon of my Gods delivering punishment to those embracing evil.'
lólinder will then raise his shield into the air as light coalesces above the kobold caster (the one with the aura) and forms into a spear glowing with golden light.
"Judgement finds you this day with no patience for mercy!"
The glowing spear strikes downward into the praying kobold exploding with energy before reappearing next to it.
Bonus action Spiritual Weapon.
25 (nat20) to hit for 15 force damage.
lólinder plants his feet, holds his shield tight and braces for a response while scanning the area to determine what he will need to do next.
The second brown Weasel, equipped with a Kobold rider, moves to engage Amdaeng, who has just dispatched two of his companions. The weasel tries to bite Amdaeng, but the quick monk evades the attack. The Kobold whips a sling around and throws a rock at Amdaeng (Missile protection??), 16 to hit, 6 damage.
(GREAT ENTRANCE!) In a strange combination of dark as necrotic energy hits the standard bearer, then a bright radiant spear comes down on top of him, the Kobold smiles (with the lack of strength of the necrotic energy, then frowns as bright light of Telaks power flows through his small body, and he and his magical aura fades and he falls to the ground, his standard, stands for but a moment longer, then also falls beside him. (Note, the aura will still be in place until (init 16)
As the skunk releases is noxious odor, Amdaeng feels Ning, a tiny black bear, jumps out of her hiding place. She stands up, looking for the source of the stench, and at the large Weasel. (Initiative 14).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Reaction- Missile Defence- 14
Amdaeng dodged the stone to the best of her ability, and looked extremely worried as Ning leaped out....but first things first....she leapt up double punching the kobold rider .
Amdaeng's first shot lands but the weasel is quick and she misses the second. (14/22 hp for Kobold rider). Ning runs south into the tent as fast as her tiny legs will carry her.
Zarbyn will move up (already moved token on owlbear) and cast Shadow Blade and throw it at (c), the same enemy he attacked last round who is right next to Morric.
Attack: 20 Damage: 10
"Watch out for the weasels!"

After Lira frees herself from the dire weasel's jaws and scurries behind him, Vydar takes on a ready stance as the weasel gives chase. With Lira behind him he assumes it must have hurt her badly. As always, Vydar is never one to back down from a fight, even when he probably should. That said when the beast charges towards him teeth bared, he doesn't bother trying to evade the attack and instead braces himself for it. He stumbles a bit when the weasel latches onto his left shoulder, but finds himself grinning despite the pain. This senario for some reason bringing back memories of his time on the streets.
"Yeah, that's right you want a piece of me?" He thinks at the beast, anger flashing in his eyes. He's not about to let this thing escape, not after what it did. He grips the blade in his hand, perhaps that is what brought back those memories, memories of Nera and then himself breaking up fights that had nothing to do with them.... though this fight right now feels personal.
Despite the pain, he grabs the neck fur of the creature with his left hand, then plunges his rapier into it's side.
(Initiative: 17) The Legionary (C) attacks Morric with his Gladius and tries to knock him over with shield: "Yer no match fer us, big fella." The swords again cuts into the large man, but its the shield bash that really surprises him (Nat 20). Morric takes 7 damage from the blade as it pierces his armor, while the shield does 6 additional damage. (Strength DC 12 save or knocked prone if not unconscious)
(Initiative 14). As the battle standard and the apparent protective power falls, Zarbyns magical sword whips through the air, hiting the veteran freshly healed Kobold. Although he tries to block a physical blade, the psychic power of the magic flows through him. He lets out a scream of anguish. (11/22).
(Initiative 11) With the weasel firmly attached to Vydar, or Vydar firmly attached to the weasel, the sharp magical blade goes right into its through, penetrating lung and organs. It is severely damaged (2/13).
