Katarina looks at the elemental nervously...
"Um... Katarina thinks maybe best it would be to turn the water back on..." she says.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Provide feedback!
Davis agrees with Katarina, "Lets turn the pipes back on, and then move towards the stairs?"
(Do you maximize the flow, or get it back about where it was before?)
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
"Just make up your minds!" Vanizi says. "Just put it back where it was. Hopefully the thing will be happy with that."

"Oh for fey's sake! On, off, WHO CARES!" Zyl makes a half apologetic gesture at the watery being thing and then flits back over to return the pipes and stuff to how they were before and then punches a wall for good measure. "Just go on!" Zyl takes a deep breath and heads off.
Setting the water pressure back to about where it was before, the group heads back to the next room. The water figure nods its head in apparent thanks and disappears back into the pool. (Combat avoided =)
Davis heads towards the stairs in the southern part of this large room, leading further down and ending in another closed stone door. DC20 Perception:
Through the cracks around the door, you hear the slight sound of metal on stone and what can only be described as someone humming a song under water!
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
Perception 15
Davis will head down the stairs to the door, look for locks or traps. If neither, he will open it, unless someone tells him not to.
Perception: 22
"Careful... someone... or something... is behind the door. Katarina thinks it sounds like another water-thing..."
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

Davis stops and nods at Katarina. "Thanks! Opening the door may unleash some water. Shall we go check the other doors in the room first then, or are we ready to get wet?"
(Perception: 11, rolled in log)
Zyl makes a face at nothing in particular then flits on down the stairs, oblivious to any potential dangers possibly, but trying to keep herself in good spirits.
(Vanizi Perception: 25)
Vanizi nods at Katarina's comment, "Stone and metal and water." As she sees Davis hesitate, she responds to his question. "I say we take a look at other areas first." She then heads back towards the east where there seems to be some steps. "Let's see what's this way."

A soft snort escapes Celeste's nose in her slight amusement of everyone's mixed frustrations with having the water on or off. She'd pad along with the others being sure to wave a friendly hello and goodbye to the water elemental when they pass through.
Perception: 21
Celeste's ears twitch. She too hears the stone on metal and as if someone was singing under water. She was curious of what it could be but had no issues with checking out the other places first. Considering the mention of the possibility of a flooding room, she became distracted by the thought. She realized she had not brought, nor prepared anything that would be helpful for her companions who can't shift into aquatic animals.
The druid would follow Vanizi to the east.

(Sooo...where are you headed now? Use the room number from the map...I also locked it since it looked like somebody accidentally moved part of the map =)
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
[Thanks for locking the map, I know Ive moved things by accident!]
Looks like C7 has two doors in the SW corner? Davis will head there and check them both out.
Perception: 21 (natural 20)
Zyl will sigh in frustration and follow Davis to the corner and the other doors there.
Vanizi stays put by the door on the east side of the room (C7) to the south. (Perception: 22)

Davis and Zyl head back to the pool room (C7) and then check out the two doors in the SW corner. The door to the south has a new, sturdy padlock on the outside! From inside, Davis hears someone complaining about the poor conditions of the room, but especially the awful food! (DC18 Sleight of Hand check with Thieves' Tools to pick the lock.)
The door to the west is open, and inside is a 10'x15' room. Pipes climb the north wall, disappearing near the ceiling. A complicated series of cogs and three hand-turned wheels connect to the pipes. These are like the valves and pipes in room C8 and may have a similar purpose. (With 10 minutes and a DC14 Investigation check, you can determine how to maximize or minimize the water pressure.)
Updated map!
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
“Anyone good at opening locks?” Davis asks the group. "I think it’s worth investigating these cogs and wheels, since the last set help us avoid a fight. Perhaps these will help with the room at the bottom of the stairs.”
Davis will check out the cogs leaving the padlock to others to attempt to open, if they are able.
Investigation: 15
Zyl looks at it all and shrugs. "Well I hope so, because there were more locks like this back in the other room and we're getting nowhere fast. And more pipes and knobs and stuff in the room over here. I think I'll just be over here by the pool until you all figure out how to get through. Or you need me to smack something."
Celeste merecats over Davis' shoulder to peek at the lock. "I've got the tools!" She perks with pride. "I'm not like, trained in them. But I have them!" She admits. "If someone's got more experience than just carrying them, I'm happy to share." The druid offers. "Otherwise I could try to give it a go with no promises of success."
Should no one speak up, Celeste would take up position while the others inspect the cogs. She'd roll out the tools, sniffs at them, and the lock, hmming and hawing over what to choose. Honestly not sure what tools best for the job, she grabs what looks right and like it would fit. Then with a scrunch of her nose and tongue hanging out, she hums a tune to herself as she starts fiddling away.
Roll: 16 + guidance: 4
(Rolled in log. Accidentally clicked religion right above sleight of hand, but she has the same modifier for both. If DM prefers, I can roll again under the proper skill.)
