Wanarus listens with great amazement. Wanars says loudly with excitement "You're immortal!" His tan face is over come with amusement. "So I can't stab and kill you correct?" There is a slight tinge to Wanarus' voice giving you the impression he wants to stab you as a test.
"I see... That's terrible..." Crow didn't want to think about the implications of what Despair meant by "only a few made it out". He'd heard enough stories from his elders. He frowns at that but quickly replaces it with a smile. "I'm glad to hear they're safe now, though. Thank you for telling me. I haven't met other shifters outside of my own clan, so this is good news."
Crow nervously glances about at the others as they have their conversations. Things felt tense, and he couldn't understand half of what was being said with the different languages other than Common being used. He absently scratches at the feathers of one arm with a thoughtful hum before retrieving his belongings and retreating to his own table, where he begins scribbling down everything he's learned from during his visit to the tavern. When the newcomer enters the tavern, the shifter looks up from his writing and cants his head, watching curiously as she draws before hesitantly turning back to his note-taking. Don't stare at people, dummy, you've already caused enough trouble today as it is.
*turns my head and looks at the banjo man realizing i was heard* "you couldn't pay me to play that noise maker, my feathered friend here" *motions to crow* "now he can play some lovely music we can all relate to. I vote you hang your noise maker up and let him play a round or two" *didn't click that you called the noise maker a banjo (I have quite low intelligence)*
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Shhhh... sorta it would hurt if you did, I can be killed but havnt met the one worth of such a task yet. And when I have fallen in battle or what have you. I awaken back in the woods not really sure why. Some time passes between but I dont keep track anymore. So all I do now is drink and if anyone has a challange or quest that seems fitting enough to help me elevate this little problem I have I'm glad to join."
After that he hears banjo man start up again with his music and others complaining and him starting a fight all over again, onyx stands and walks straight to him as he does so his body begins to disperse a shadow that blackens the area around him shrouding his lower half, he seemingly starts to glide across the floor, chairs and tables that are in his way part to make the path clear.
"WE WILL HAVE NONE OF THAT HERE LIKE MS. RAGGY SAID" is speach is heard by all in undercommon, infernal, deep speach, common, and primordial which ever language they best understand to get the point across. Using his demon enhanced intimidation prowess "I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE BEFORE YOU NO LONGER HAVE THAT DECISION TO MAKE ON YOUR OWN"
"This is none of your business, no matter how terrifying you may be. As for YOU", he turns to face his critic/enemy, "consider yourself lucky for having the sympathy of more powerful beings."
(Note: I rolled an 18 on that performance check, and one dude complained, so I don't see how "others" complained. Also, I'm calling bullcrap on that roll of 29. It isn't even a natural 20, meaning you got a 10+ bonus to that roll. Something is most distinctly not right here.)
"Okay, kids, play nice." Ragella says in a warning tone. "I don't want to have to throw anyone out today, so take a seat and no in-fighting."
(As for having over +10 on an ability check, there is expertise in the system. This adds double your proficiency bonus to a check, so it is quite easy to get to +13 as a High Charisma 9th rank character with such a bonus.)
means that my CHA score is above a 20, which means some sort of divine or unworldly intervention. Doeant matter what you rolled your past actions cause the effect of someone in the room in character not liking your character. So even if you roll a nat 20 doesnt mean everyone will magically fall in love with your songs and start dancing around the room. The fact is that anytime anyone says boo you instantly start with a fight, and threatening someone, that is not the point of this thread, the DM Poke has been busy with his real life and hasn't had the opportunity to make any posts. But I assure you as he did before posting as Raggy saying enough and to "leave your wars at the doors" he means it, so either get with the program or just leave this thread.
Onyx Gives Banjo a glare and turns his body away from his to conceal the conversation even further.
