Z'ress will grab the priest and point to the back door. "Get as many to go with you as you can. If any don't follow at first they may if they see you get out safely. With that said she will walk back to the rest of the party. "We need to get as many to the keep as possible. I don't think a stealth approach will be an option with a large group."
"I can create a distraction." J'eilil offers immediately. She isn't crazy enough to think that she can take the group on her own, but she can at least try to attract their attention and lead them away from the building.

"I can't just abandon them! We just need to calm them down so we can all leave. I'm not just going to grab a few and hope the rest follow. Just...help me calm them down, once they know we have a way out, we can all leave before they even know." the priest pleads.
"J'elil, can you make light of any kind to light up the door? Once they see the back door is open they'll start to leave but they can't see it right now. "
Z'ress nods and looks to the rest of the party. "You lead them out. I can't do much but I can use a bit of my father's people's magic to cause a figure of light that I can move outside to at the very least confuse them." Z'ress explains as she using her inate magic to form a few lights in the air, moving them into the shape of a small figure.
(I'm waiting for you guys, the people are still panicking and not listening to anyone right now. The priest is trying but needs help to calm them down. Unless you guys want to forcefully move them?)
Graxian sees that no one is heading out the now open door. Stepping inside and to the right so he doesn't get trampled he casts Thaumaturgy and makes his voice really loud and yells
"The back door is open, get out, the back door is open."
He'll continue to yell until people start to move out (hopefully).
As he does that Z'ress will send her figure made out of light through the door, having it break apart into glowing balls of light. Not sure if it will do much she will direct it towards one of those with the ram as if it was some kind of magic based attack.
(This is all done with her dancing lights cantrip.)
J'eilil will follow Z'ress's advice and use produce flame to create a bright flame in her hands, lighting up the area near the back door. She is careful to keep the fire contained and away from anything flammable. "This way! Everyone out!" She shouts.

The people finally quiet down as the exit is made obvious to them. They stop their panic and start to make way for the backdoor. They all start to leave the cathedral as the front door starts to break under the assault outside. Once the last of the villagers leave the cathedral, you see they've started to amass in the forest, far away enough to quickly hide in them. And the front door is practically almost off it's hinges as you hear the last hit thunder in the now empty cathedral.
Seeing that they are out the door, Z'ress will move to follow the people out the back door. "Run for the keep as fast as your legs can move." She days as she gets to them, keeping her staff at the ready incase they had been followed.
J'eilil will wait until everyone is out, and then puts out her fire and follows them. She keeps an eye out for anyone who might be injured or falling behind.

As you all exit the cathedral and join with the villagers, you manage to lead them through the forest. Although you hear a final crack and some shouting coming from the open back door. You can hear the shouting of kobolds scampering into the forest behind you.
(Roll for stealth with disadvantage.)

Reso crosses his arms. "It could work. I will try and get everyone out of here when they are ready."

Reso is going to yell as well as he steps inside. He is on the lookout for anyone who could be hostile.
