As the plan is to get out Nare will just Disengage and move as far as he can towards the exit!
((Perception Check: 12 + 3 = 15))
((Strength Athletics Check: 2 + 1 = 3 )) -> This was to get the Charger Feat from the Campaign Notes. I was planning to Shove the Cult Leader out the way (like as in to “save them” from the falling debris). Unfortunately it failed
So I’ll just Disengage instead for moving 30ft to the closest exit and then an additional Rabbit Hop to get out so a total of 45 ft of Movement
Nare posted this here so as to help things move forward smoothly, kinda wish they had finished off the recruiter though…

Ahhh yeah I diddn't have much time Friday and yesterday so I just posted it here. my aunt's been staying over the past two days and I got roped into playing mahjong for hours!!!
oh whoops sorry I did not think of hitting the recruiter. I didn't want to risk any AOOs from the other two cultists that Nare was escaping from

Did we skip Nare after my last turn? I didn’t see a post.
Holy shit those pact knives are no joke.
Yeah... not every encounter will be balanced for combat. 😅 Especially not for vanilla combat. The fact that Sera and Ne'haredowell held their own as well as they did was a testament to their remarkable use of strategy and teamwork.
Now that your party is getting stronger, encounters will be more chaotically arranged. Some of these encounters will be quite stompable. Others will require advanced strategy, potion usage, and feat usage. Some are better handled by running or negotiating your way through. There will be better access to supplies, like magic weapons/armor, potions, scrolls, etc. And you now have a full sack of magic implements to aid your cause. I don't want to spoil it too much for you, but some of them will give you permanent boosts to your stats. The treasure room is nothing compared to the dragon's hoard that Buckeran has a map to, but it's still a wealth of supplies that will be a boon to your party. The game is designed to get you to level 12. After a long rest, you should be about halfway there, and stronger than most of what you'll face inside the city walls.
Go ahead and post your turn. Merkas's actions don't really change the map.
