Liriel nods and looks pensive for a moment. He normally eats during the 12 bells break. As for music I'd try traditional gnome folk music, it's the only thing I've ever seen him tap a toe at, he particularly likes ballads. Good luck!
The tiefling nods thoughtfully. "Ah, of course. Thank you for your insight." He then heads to start his work day in Nessus. Traditional gnome style ballad...He should be able to replicate something like that from memory, though not knowing the language fluently will certainly be a challenge. He pays special attention for any gnomes that show up in the audience, striking up a conversation with them when he can to get some pointers before 12 bells.
The alluring white-haired tiefling, dressed in her form-fitting red uniform, follows along with calm confidence, making her way to her area in the Casino to take up her duties, discreetly scanning the crowd for anyone who would deserve her attention.
Mavilius performed in Nessus, carefully watching a gnome noble by his clothing. He seemed to enjoy ballads of noble gnome fighters who won the chiefs daughter against great odds. He also seemed to enjoy those same ballads in common. It was somewhere to start and his first tip, a silver piece casino chip.
Lilith notices Karlton Keyes, the merchant, still observing the Casino floor with interest, though you notice that he doesn't have any chips at the moment.
The pink tiefling collects the casino chip with a curious smirk. The thought of gambling is somewhat nostalgic, as fleecing other young ne'er-do-wells through such games had been his first racket once he progressed from simple pickpocketing. The House always wins...yet, a little indulgence might be something to "bond" with Quentin over after dazzling him with a fine performance.
The alluring white-haired tiefling gracefully moves around the Casino floor, giving compliments and charming smiles to the guests she passes, slowly making her way over to Karlton Keyes.
"Having trouble to decide which game to enjoy mister?" She asks him with a soft pleasant tone. "Can I perhaps keep you company to make sure you will have the very best experience of our fine Casino?" She continues, effortlessly sliding her arm under his to have him close, as an enemy should be.
Exa makes her way through the casino to the table she had been assigned to, her fingers already idly flicking through imaginary cards as she walks. Her shrewd eyes are looking for the high rollers heading toward the elite gambling suite.
Karlton seemed surprised as her arm slid into his own, then smiled. Show me an employees view, then we can sit in on a few games. I don't have any chips yet, how does that work? How do the cashiers keep up with demand?
Exa watches a richly dressed Teifling paying no attention to the non smoking rule, take another breath full of his rich cigar, blowing it around him. He watches the rat race but does not bet on it and then turns to Exas table and sits down. He places a small pile of chips down in front of him and gestures to be counted in, Anais Bellefleur and you? (roll d20 for the house please)
Adrian finishes his smoke and knocks the residue out of his pipe.
Do you have a bag I can put the uniforms in?
The washerwomen pulled out a simple canvas bag and he filled it happily, until next time ladies he says and slips them a couple of copper coins.
The Casino was filling up and Nina looked a little anxious at the tips she was missing, so Adrian bid her goodbye and went of to check out Cania and the trophy.
Noticing that it is just about time, Mavilius takes a moment to compose himself and soothe his throat with a cold glass of water. Once Quentin enters and gets settled, Mavilius will welcome him warmly and launch into his newly crafted ballad. For a little extra showmanship, he will cast silent image as he plays, creating an illusion of the gnome hero fighting and finally rescuing his princess.
Performance (w Advantage from practice?): 26 (or 25 without advantage)
Quentin found his normal seat in Nessus, two tables away from Mavilius, by the waters edge. He sat down and ordered a three course meal; Spicy shredded stirge , Otto's irresistible noodles and blackberry tart. Looking around whilst he waited Mavilius caught his look ...curious.
As he drunk a glass of wine Mavilius made his move, glad of the practice earlier (with advantage). Quentin starts tapping a foot to the music, enthralled by the pictures. The gnome in them could easily have been a young Quentin or so he imagined.
Mavilius ends the ballad with a flourish, the last chord resonating like a promise, as the illusion of the brave little gnome and his rescued princess fades in a shimmer of golden light. He bows low, golden eyes flicking discreetly to Quentin. Tapping a foot, he notes with satisfaction. Hooked like a fish. With deliberate ease, he steps off the stage, shaking off the final embers of performance and slipping back into a casual, friendly demeanor.
Approaching Quentin’s table, he offers a smile—warm, but humble. “Master Quentin,” he says smoothly, but with a note of genuine enthusiasm, “forgive the interruption, but I couldn’t help noticing you seemed to enjoy the piece. I’ve been working on it for some time—glad to see it resonated.” He nods toward the illusion’s fading trail. “That gnome? I imagined him full of fire and mischief…the kind who’d own a casino one day, perhaps.”

"Rubika Zhorr, but you can call me Rubi," Exa's says as the tiefling takes a seat at her table.

Anais smiled and said deal me in. I'm here for the tournament in a couple of days. Just trying my luck at something different.
He looks at his cards, 17 draw. His chips were returned. He tossed the chips back on the table.

Mavilius had taken 8 silver in chips, this was a good position. He quickly glanced at the candlemark, it was nearly 12 bells.

Anais to Exa
Plenty of three dragon ante, it just needs nerves enough to play high stakes games. I was invited by Quentin.
Here he says turning over his cards, 8. You win.
Play again, he reached out and placed a small pile of chips on the betting circle. All of them were silver piece chips.
(Exa rolls for the house cards d20 please)
