Adrian takes a small length of silken cord from his pockets ready to tie Quentin up, he takes the handkerchief from Exa to use as part of a gag.
"Not sure how long he will be out but it will probably be harder for him to explain to his guests why he had his minotaur wreck the place before he stole the statuette if they don't find him tied up." The alluring white-haired tiefling muses. "Better safe than sorry though I suppose." She adds after a moment as she examines and opens the cedar box, hoping to find the rod inside it.
Investigation if relevant to notice any traps on the cedar box: 20 Another roll if help action is provided: 11 Sleight of Hand to open any lock: 20
The box is a beautiful piece of cedar, as your hands touch it it gives off a rich smell as if you were travelling through the forest. It has no lock. There is no trap on the lid. You carefully open it to find a rod within made of bones and gold nestled in red velvet, arcane writings carved into the rings on it, directions to use it on each ring.
Adrian gives a low whistle of appreciation, it is truly beautiful.
Keeping Quentin in the chair Adrian quickly tied Quentins hands to the chair and his legs to the desk. He paused for just the right moment then stuffed the handkerchief in Quentins mouth, tying part of his cord to hold it in place.
"Aaand voilà, I think we have what we need to proceed to the vault."The alluring white-haired tiefling says with a slightly excited smile to her accomplices as she holds up the rod, ready to proceed with the plan now after replacing the box in the drawer.
