Feeling the anger pulsing in his temples with each heartbeat, he lashes out at Aldun when he asks for the food. “Gods above Aldun! Do I need to do everything for you?! I fight to protect you! I stand between you and sudden death, because we all know you can’t protect yourself! And now my highest honor yet, packmule for a gods damn weasel!”
The glyphs are a summoning, specifically they are attempting to summon a long dead drow matron mother so her spirit may posses the body of the rager.
The battlerager is also one of the performing war drummers from the fall festival.
The white weasel follows you and only keeps away from the circle of glyphs, it refuses and humanoid meat (tainted?) and begins answering your questions anyway…
Drow- ‘night elves, spiders not nice them and dead ones stinky biters moving shadows, goofy human guy with longtooths. Old town scary now things come and go there, stay away.
Aldun backs down and leaves Dain surprised about his response. Dain never was aggressive towards him. Always a gentle soul. Maybe he was right that NOW wasn't the time for weasels but still, such a reaction?
A bit more cautions and held back Aldun asks Dain if he thinks we should go back with the dwarf and report? Aldun let's Dain think about it for a second hurrying back to the weasel with the bit of cultist flesh on him.

"Dain? I could cast this disc that carries a lot of weight and then we could bring him back? with what we know now it should be a lot easier to continue tomorrow.
And believe it or not but the weasel just told me about the drow in the town up ahead. But not just drow. There's all sorts of nasty creatures and it sounds like more than we can handle".
“As much as I would like to beat those monsters into the ground I don’t think I can continue. I need some serious healing magic. Something is very very wrong. Let’s go back.”
…After 2 days tracking the Kuldjargh throughtunnels chambers and cavernous areas you end up exiting the underground route in a place oddly familiar to Aldun…

At some point the Kuldjargh wakes up after a days extended rest, he looks up at Dain on the floating disk, “By the Forgefires of Clangedin’s halls, who are you? Your beard looks to good fer your face. What the hell happened? Where’s everyone?”
“I’m sure I look better than you feel. The undead happened and we only found you alive. You were being used as some sort of ritual sacrifice but we managed to stop it in time… but not before that foul ghoul messed me up pretty bad. Messed you up pretty bad too. Aldun here saved your life. We are taking you back to safety now where you can recount your story and hopefully we can find ourselves some healers.”

Trying to calm himself unsuccessfully, Dain just nods at the suggestion of returning with the dwarf to report their findings.
