The orc begins to bile up, puking his guts out, the orc making an honest attempt not to get it all over the dwarf, but the sheer volume made it nearly impossible. A chromatic viscera covering a large portion of the floor, much like Chubby had, with less overall stench.
The orc is shaking, as he takes in full breaths, the spores that had been in him ding, and disintegrating within him. His body was scored much worse than Chubbies, he must have been in their thrall for almost a full day when the party happened upon him. The orc, after several minutes, finally regained enough composure to say Thank you... I was starting to fear no one would hear me, and I would die alone... his voice seemed heavily dehydrated. Can you all spare a little food, and water? I'll need a few hours to fully recover... but if you can find us somewhere safe in here, and let me rest and eat.. I will... Help you however i can, so long as it is within my power, and will not force me to break the societies rules.... But first we should find somewhere safe... It should be safe where i was before but.. I can understand if you're wary of that spot...
The orc seemed to be bleeding from several hundred tiny, open wounds, likely from where the beholder beings had been doing their thing inside of him. The orc would need to be lifted wherever they were going to go.

"You are welcome for the help, but are correct that I, we, are wary of this place and having only met you do not know your intentions. I know that you are weak, but tell me why are you here and why do you feel that the spot where we found you would be safe given your condition when we arrived?" Evrik listens carefully to the Orc's next words, trying to ascertain any deception in his words or tone. (Insight: 22)

Even though they had rid themselves of the last attacking creature, Arthasis was not about to let his guard down. This orc puking his guts out in front of them could still pose a danger, especially after he would eventually gain some of his strength back. “It would be best for you to answer the dwarf’s questions, orc. And a name would be useful as well. Food and water come at a price down here.”, he stated after Evrik had spoken. “And don’t skip the part in which you tell us about this society you mentioned.”, the warlock was ready for some answers trying to figure out what to expect from this unexpected acquaintance.
The orc chuckled a bit at both their words. It is to be expected. In the Underdark if it isn't trying to kill you, it's trying to use you. If it isn't trying to use you it's a fool eh? like they say. I feel that place would be fine.. as we've killed everything that was there, well.. you all did. I had set up camp there in the early morning, and I had.. not checked my surroundings enough. They waited until I was asleep and descended on me all at once. the pain was paralyzing, and.. the sickness that came after kept me from moving. Shouting earlier was all I could manage, if you all hadn't come...
A tear trickles down his eyes, the rest quickly squelched, as he calmed himself.
But there shouldn't be anythign else there, and you've already killed what was.. it's the closest place you atleast know there is no more danger in.
And I am not an orc... I'm an Orog, my name is.. Blurg. I am a member of the Society of Brilliance. We are.... for lack of a better description, a group of what you might consider... monsters, that have realized the Underdark is fraught with danger and that the peoples who live here cannot live peacefully because of all the threats, so we have banded together as an opposition to those who would harm others. Right now we are all on our own, personal missions to investigate Faezress, a special property here iin the underdark, that sometimes twists your magic, as we believe it may give us clues to whether or not there is an incursion going on here. There... is that enough to allow me some rest before you ask your questions?

Immotichey silently hands the Blurg his waterskin and a ration. Hearing this one talk, relaxes his demeanor some, as it seems this one is much more intelligent than those that he seeks. When it mentions this "Faezress" that has the ability to warp magic, he looks down at his chest and grunts. As the orog continues to explain himself to the others, the lizardman moves to examine the campsite to check its safety.
Perception 11 (oops, used inspiration. roll was a 7)
Immotchey would eventually reach the site they had just saved the orog from, and despite his best efforts, he couldn't locate a threat lurking there. Likely any other threat there would have been neutralized by the Beholder-like beings. Though Immotichey would feel he should probably burn the ground around the campsite.. just to be safe.
"Looks clear here,"he calls back to the group. "I will try to cleanse the area of all the spores that fell." Immotichey brings down the flaming sphere - which he had almost used to finish off Blurg - to burn away the remnants of any lingering spores within the orog's camp.
"I have two more important questions, so listen closely. Where is the next settlement? Where is the next way out of this hellhole?", Arthasis just barely managed to keep himself from shouting. The warlock then scanned the battlefield to see if those creature left anything behind, or find out what they might have been.

Shuushar had long since lowered his guard once the immediate danger had passed, and sunk once more into a semi-trance like state. He was still aware of his surroundings. Enough that as he Orog spoke his order, Shuushar turned his distant gaze to him.
History: 2 for knowing more about the Order of Brilliance.
"An incursion? At one of the nexuses?" He looks askance. "Curious... I thought I felt a tremble there, but.... Most curious. But not impossible. This place has long since straddled the barrier of many worlds, and its denizens are sadly prone to give in to temptations of the other sides." Shuushar at that point maneuvers over to help the Orog from at least the one side, seemingly unconcerned by all the minute holes in his skin. As he waited for either Immo or Chubby to grab the other, or Evrik to restore at least some of the damage to the man's legs, he says next to the others, "The multiverse has once more blessed us this day."

The orog sighed and said Calm yourself friend. You are clearly upset about.. something. If you can give me my rest, I can teleport you to the nearest settlement, which is not that far by magic, I assume you should know. As for how to get out of the Underdark? Who knows, my partners and I have much more pressing concerns to worry about here, than to worry about a hole in the ground to the surface. So let me rest, and I can take you where I just came from, and if you all know anything about locations, with Faezress, I would like to know, and will consider that my compensation for the swift travel. As I was headign for a cave filled with crystals that glow a soft blue, known to be infused with a tiny amount of it.

Chubby is too dumb to understand all this talk about magics, so he just slumped down off to the side and attempted to clean himself up a bit. He also managed to eat a ration as well as drink a bit, helping to bring his energy levels back to their normal self.

Hearing the conversation between Arthasis and the Orog, Evrik moves to grab the other side of the mage. As Evrik grabs the Orogs arm, he also mutters a few healing words to help the creature regain a little of his strength. (Cure Wounds: 3 HP) He then recalls the knowledge of the Society of Brilliance that he had learned about from recent manuscript he was reading. (Arcana: 22)
Once he and Arthasis get the new acquaintance back to the initial spot where they found him, Evrik walks over towards Chubby to join him for a quick bite and a few sips of water. [Dwarvish] "Are you feeling a bit better now my good Dwarf? You packed a heck of a punch running in there like that. But that illness was quite serious. What do you think of our new friend here?"
After talking to Chubby and finishing his meal, Evrik finds a quiet spot to sit and meditate. Calling on the blessings of the many gods of the Dwarven race, he needs rest and guidance.
If we are doing a long rest, I may prepare spells as well.
If Shuushar notices the look of panic, he doesn't comment on immediately. Once everyone and thing was situated however, he'll find he find a seat somewhere and start talking too. "In our haste to settle matters, we have forgotten tradition. Allow me to correct that." Shuushar places his hands in his lap, and give a closed-eyed bow slightly at the waist. "I am Shuushar, the Awakened. My title is thusly, because I have not fallen to madness like so many of my brethren. My wish is to bring enlightenment to them, in hopes of turning them away from their evil ways. Though my future is one still mired by the many connecting streams that make up the multiverse, traveling with these fellows has and continues to provided clarity."
He then gestures to each other person in turn as he says, "This one is Immotich. A sliver of the heart of nature and its wrath. That one is Chubby. A stalwart warrior and thick of skin and head. The other dwarf, Evrik. A healer and one of the hands of the Great Ones that are not. Lastly, there is... Huh..." He starts looking around for Arthasis from his seat.

Shuushar would ultimately get lost in the conundrums and many layered questions the multiverse had laid at his feet when he attempted to recall what he knew about the society. He would marvel at the beauty and clarity of it all, forgetting completely what he had originally wanted to figure out.
The orog waited until he was taken to a spot to rest, wherehe groaned a bit, but otherwise seemed fine, before finally starting to answer the new barrage of questions. I am not quite sure what you mean when you say 'Nexi' Shewshear but yes, We believe there may be a demonic incursion in our mortal plane. We have heard reports of attacks, but thus far we have yet to find any proof. Some rumors say the Faezress is responsible, or part of it, so we decided to investigate.
