The man smiles as you approach. "Tabaxi, eh? Well this crystal was from one of our best sorcerers to date, Trina Carrow I believe was her name, I know she's related to one of the officers high in command. This was found in the trash heap but it somehow never was buried and apparently called out to one of the scavengers to grab it. Light mage she was I think. Who knows maybe this has some remnants of her power? I think it's very worth 35gp minimum. Demons seem to be repelled by it because there were no Scrappers around it and the rest of the heap is filled with 'em."

"I have advantage on dex saving throws what could go wrong?"
The man simply laughs and says “Your loss las, I’d have let you hold it to test it’s legitimacy but I guess you have better uses for your coffers than a magical necklace that can repel minor demons. Enjoy your time on the dive without it.”

Bjorn there's a man offering a blessed greatsword for 40 gp. "It has special properties. Don't ask me though, I haven't the slightest idea. I recovered it from the hide of giant dead wolf though and i could sense the magic it held. Even without particularly strong arcane proficiency. Might be useful. It's surprisingly light but heavy on the downswing. You're on the dive unit and I have no need of it so that's why price's so low. It also glows a bit."
Bjorn grabs 40 gp and pours them on the desk, attempting to buy the greatsword without having to interact with the shopkeeper. He will then walk over to the area that sells thundercharges and see how large they are. (I already made adjustments for gold in my inventory, though I don't know what specific magic greatsword I just bought)
It's homebrew and I'm going to say you definitely hit the jackpot on it. I haven't fully figured out all of it's effects but I'll give a hint in the fact that it has a large socket near where the hand guards intersect that's holding a small gem that's floating in the center of the socket seemingly magically suspended.
This might be the second most annoying item I've homebrewed to write down. I'll give you the additional effects if you find out how to unlock them though so I can plan and get more time to write them down.

Kellin begins to entertain the folks with singing and comedy. However, you can tell he’s no bard and isn’t particularly good, he just loves the drama. So do the people as he tells tales of heroes long dead in a dramatic, eccentric, and drug-induced way. After his little show, he collapses onto some sandbag and takes out a pipe along with mysterious substances
Not seeing much else along the way to the library, Dasolis would stop to take a look at the crystal that Noelle wasn't interested in. "Perhaps I may take a look at that instead?" she asks the trader. "I'm no sorcerer, but just curious."
Noelle there is a explorers kit with all the supplies you mentioned for 5 silver, for scrolls there are(yes I changed the mechanics slightly):
Sending - can be activated without having in your list (NL). already in your kit that will be supplied though they're only 5 time usage for sending scrolls.
Misty step - (this isn't related to the scroll but you can gain increased effects when casted ritual style. 30 seconds, takes multiple casters but can take up to 6 people 200ft instantly to a point within sight.) 12 gp
Lesser restoration - 19 gp
Revivify - can be activated without having in list(NL). one time use. 75 gp
Father fall - 7 gp
Absorb elements - 9 gp
Shield - 5 gp
Empty - 3 gp
Detect magic - 7 gp. can lead the party to ley nodes in addition to normal effects. (the abyss doesn't have ley lines but rather nodes that connect through the layers above and below. can be used to make ritual spells more potent or regain spell slots on a short rest rather than long rest. all casting gains a +3 flat bonus to the spell modifier. and all casters gain advantage on saving throws against spells while in the center of the ley node.)
Tiny hut(homebrew version) - can be activated without having the spell in your list(NL). has multiple beds (two) and even a small stove, be careful no harm befalls it because it is a structure that is magically contained within the spell so any upgrades or damage will remain until fixed or removed. 50 gp.
(P.S sorry for not posting anything yesterday, had a long practice and was too tired for the rest of the day. Also the other party members can feel free to chip in if they see anything of interest.)
As you reach out to touch it you feel it's magical presence pulling you towards the amulet and the moment you touch it, the world goes dark and you see a brief glimpse of a face before returning back to your body with a jolt. "Finally someone with some sense! At least you las, actually can tell it's worth it. So whadya say, my esteemed horned customer, 30 an' we'll shake on it? Pretty sure it might be able to send electrical shocks as well, seeing as your whole body twitched upon interacting with it, or not I'm just a crazy old scrapworker trying to make some extra money so what do I know? The name's Boris by the way."
"I'm not sure Boris," she says, trying to keep her wits about her after that strange interaction with the amulet. She tries to figure out what it might have been she saw - the face and how she was drawn in. Was it possessed? Was it enchanted to have intelligence? Was it perhaps cursed? (Arcana: 12)
"I feel like your price keeps dropping though," she adds as she takes time to consider.
"Oh, yeah, to be perfectly honest being scrapworker don't pay and we rarely are offered any bonuses from the job so I'm really trying my hardest to sell this. Lowest I'll go is 27 gold portions. People have bought pricier items for just their looks alone so I hope this is a deal beneficial to both of us."
Also from what you can tell Dasolis there are no negative curses but the face you saw leaves you with unease at the past of this item, belonging to a sorceress who died on a mission. You can't tell for certain but you don't think that this amulet is uninhabited. Though you feel for certain that it's safe to wear, no harm will come to you while wearing it, at least not from the amulet itself.

Dasolis looks at the vendor. "I'm sure you work hard as a scrapworker sir. And though I can tell this item is filled with magic, I cannot be certain what it actually does." She again glances at the amulet, studying it. "Unless you can tell me a bit more than just who died last using it, I think 20 gold is the best I can do." She figures it must have some strong magic to it, the tiefling is just not sure how well she will be able to make use of it.
Noelle asks about the crystal. (I'm looking for something that could help with saving throws or skill checks maybe something like boots of elven kind)

Noelle's eyes narrow at the Tabaxis comment. Listening she realizes he's an idiot. "Doesn't sound like something I'm interested in."
