Olgha watched as Vadania and Vannithos paid the innkeeper. She gave a slight nod, accepting the necessity of the stop. Rest was a resource, same as arrows or rations. When the innkeeper's attention drifted, she stepped forward, placing seven silver pieces on the worn, sticky wood of the table without a word. She met his gaze for a brief moment, her expression neutral, before turning back to the group, the transaction complete.
Vadania takes out her coins and counts them out before handing 8 silver. "A Room and a meal then please." She asks. To be hospitable does imply that she should offer to pay for the other party member's rooms since resting for the night here was something she had suggested but she cannot really afford it. Paying for the whole group's food and lodging would take out half of all her funds she brought with her.
The man brings out a beef stew, which looks to be much more appetizing than you would expect.
Vannithos hands over 7 silver for a room as well, but is not eager to ingest anything delivered by the obviously sick man. He studies him silently, trying to discern the illness and if it is a danger to his comrades.
Medicine: 13
The man does not seem to show any symptoms of having a contagious illness, just a bad set of lungs. Though, it's hard to distinguish what's a symptom and what is simply a hideous feature of his body.
Engelheart sees that the others aren't as reserved as he based on the state of this establishment, but the state of the stew makes him feel a bit better about it. "Very well, stew for me and the boy. If others have a spare bed in their room, we can put coin towards it." When the inn keeper returns, Engelheart slips the coins to Garil to pay the man. " By the way, does the name Lohse have any meaning to you?"
Vannithos feels less concerned seeing that the man's ailment is not contagious at least. He orders a meal as well and hands over another coin, listening with some interest as Engelheart asks about the illusive Lohse.

The man brings out the stews, and pauses for a second at the mention of the name. "There's talk of some witch in the woods southeast of Igzo by that name, or something similar. Can't say I know too much about it though, mostly just heard about it from strangers' conversations."
Vadania seems almost relieved. "Finally! Another lead! It is close to where we're going too. The gods smile upon us. And a witch is sure to know about our current problem too."
