Carrick sees the crates rocking and calls out to Eldin. "I appreciate your focus, but we're still preoccupied with the ******** in cloaks and I don't think that it's a good idea to haul around potentially explosive shards in the middle of a battle."

"Yeah but here's my plan: One of us who has a Feather Fall Token or knows the spell gets the crate open and stuffs his bags with the stuff. The rest of us will go out and keep the ******** with crossbows busy. While they are focused on us, the guy sneaks off the train and gets back to base."
Eldin seems to think about something and says, "On second thought, maybe it's better for that guy to take the crate without opening it. The shards might blow up if Feather Fall is casting on them without the crate."
Boo instructs Biff, who just answers with, "Rodger!". The sky coach kicks it up a gear as it flies beneath an arch that the lightning rail track is built on. The sky coach lines up on the other side of the carriage, the two flying vehicles flanking the same part of the lightning rail.
Meanwhile back up in the getaway skycoach, Boo busies herself taking out some Rope, Hempen (50 feet) (that was loaned her earlier when they first went to board the lightning rail) and (a customized item she has on her equipment list she has had since setup) that Boo has been using as a makeshift sleeping hammock but its anNet so her idea is to attach the Netto the end of Rope, Hempen (50 feet) and lower it down to the others when they are ready so if they like they can wrap theNet around any crate, etc. so that it can be hauled up.
I know this is out of Boo's turn order but wanted to let wanted to post it so this is what Boo does for her upcoming action when things come around to her. If anyone looks out of the door (at the opposite end of the carriage away from the battle at the other end) they will maybe see anNetdangling from a Rope, Hempen (50 feet)waiting for them, the other end attached to the inside of sky coach. Of course, Boo is not strong enough to pull up the crate, etc. I imagine so a stronger person will need to have to climb up to pull things up. So when Boo's next action comes around, use this unless something changes in which case can strike.
(I mean, rules-wise, since you have cunning action you haven't used your action for the turn. You can ready to close the bars once someone grabs the crate.)
Eldin opens the cages allows for crates to be taken.
Ith gets behind cover, quaffing a potion of healing. (Ith: 23/38 HP)
Edrick grabs the crate, moving to the side, as Eldin's readied action to close the cages again triggers.
(If I am correct, the party's now taking cover within the carriage)
The sky coach outside moves itself further up and along, the appears to be some noises outside.
Boo:
Boo spots that some of the train guards further down have started moving up. Some of them are preparing to enter carriage 3, while others appear to be climbing atop it, training rifles at the sky coach.
There are shouts from behind the door just beside Eldin, as the door quickly opens and a set of rocks crackling with lightning hurled in. There is a thunderclap as a sheer blast of light goes off.
Everyone in the carriage: Please make DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw, being blinded on a failure. If you fail, you may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of your turns.

Boo cringes thinking, damn... always something with these guys and turns to Biff, "Biffy, Biffy, tell me you see em coming too, namely the ones that look like they are climbing up towards us, do you think you can ram them with the sky carriage, try to knock them off the top of it? Let me know when you are a go and I will try to help you by firing a burst [Tooltip Not Found] so maybe the flash of it will surprise them while you do your thing."Boo using the [Tooltip Not Found] with Eldritch Blast17 at the center guy in the group approaching them.. when Biff gives her the go.

Yeah, since I have nothing better to do with my action, I guess I'll do that.
Carrick is the strongest. Should he take the crates or should he stay and take care of these guys?
