Vigan's blade is too much for the orog's plate armor; the goliath creates a deep gash in the monster's torso. A moment later, one of Rixton's arrows strikes the orog, but the arrow catches the convex surface of the beast's armor and, with a loud clank, deflects away and lands in the dirt. Still fighting to the east of the main battle is Narth, who fires his crossbow at an unsuspecting magmin. The fiery little creature proves to be too small and moving too quickly; Narth just misses his shot.
(Round 10 has concluded; Andor, Carrow, and Ladrian may take their actions for round 11)

Carrow
Seeing Vigan take a hit from the Orog begins to enrage Carrow, smoke continues to bellow into the air as he spots three Magmin across the open square burning as they go, gleeful malice in this senseless destruction. Stopping Carrow runs his fingers across his bow string "Hail" he whispers in Orcish, small thorns now protrude from his bow string and with blood on his fingers he fires.
Turning to see an Orog bearing down on him its vicious axe cutting through the air, he shouts in pain as the creature leaves a large cut on his arm. Blood now pouring out from under his sleeve and dripping on the floor Darz retaliates (Orog 5)
Despite the gravity of the situation Andor can't help but smile as the collosal strikes of the orog shear through his illusory duplicates rather than him but now standing alone he decides it is time to get some distance on the orog and hopefully put it down. Lightning playing over his hand he reaches out towards the monstrous brute hoping to shock him to death.

Ladrian and Darathra, in tandem, begin a ranged assault on the magmin that have, thus far, set most of northern Triboar on fire. Darathra wounds the magmin (1) that's part of a trio approaching the main square on the Long Road. Ladrian's shot, however zips over the heads of the little creatures.
Dexterity save for magmin (2) versus Carrow's Hail of Thorns: 21
Strength save for magmin (2) versus Carrow's Ensnaring Strike: 5
Carrow lines up one of the magminjust beyond the fire giants; not only is the elemental struck by the ranger's arrow, but it takes the full magical force--10 piercing damage--from the raining thorns; so too do the magminon either side of it.
Darz realizes he's likely in a fight for his life now that the orog (5) has closed in on him. Unfortunately, the thief cannot penetrate the orog's armor.
The last bit of life in orog (2) is quickly and emphatically destroyed by Andor's touch of lightning. The beast collapses to the ground, its plate armor hissing and smoking from the effect of the sorcerer's evocation.
-------------------------
Zindra detects that Darz is in trouble. "The orog! Ignore the giants for now!" she yells to the other scouts. In the next few moments a total of six arrows rain down on the orog (5)...

Miraculously, the scouts' arrows do nothing more than ricochets off the beast's armor. The orogsnarls in defiance and grins as he brings his greataxe down on Darz with one quick swing after another...

The fire giants continue to dig; those in the area can hear the giants' swords striking metal. It seems they may have found whatever it is they've been searching for.

Vigan (Reaction)
The clunk of the over-sized swords striking metal distracts the goliath for a second, his head turning towards the giants out of curiosity. That can't be good...A much closer sound snaps his attention back to the orog (#1) in front of him, and he instinctively dodges to the side as the blade of a greataxe swings down past his head and shoulder with a low whooshing sound. With the orog vulnerable after its failed attack, Vigan attempts to counterattack with his glaive, aiming to slash at its face.
Attack: 21
Riposte: 16
Vigan (Round 11)
Enraged by its failure to connect with the elusive goliath, the second attack from the orog connects with his shoulder before Vigan can defend himself, his own counterattack countered. Staggered slightly, the goliath grits his teeth and swings wildly at the orog, letting his aggression power his swing. Come on you fool, dodge the axe...
Attack: 20
Damage: 14
Precision Attack bonus: 21 (amended the 16)
Othovir
He watches, almost in slow motion, as Zindra cries for help against the orog as it hacks at Darz, leaving him limp and bloody on the ground. "Nooo!" With a determined look on his face, Othovir runs towards the orog and unleashes another firebolt in its direction.
Narth trades his hand crossbow for his shortsword. He moves 60' (using cunning action) and strikes at the orog looming over Darz.
Attack: 14 Damage: 5
(It does not explicitly say he can deliver sneak attack damage on his card, but he has cunning action... Well, if you are amenable to it, here is what he delivers on a hit: 2)
I spur Viola forward, dashing cross the open ground (using move + cunning action) as I draw my (+1) shortsword. The orog (#1) and Vigan are clashing as I slide off the horse and thrust the sword into the orog's ribs under his armpit.
Attack: 23 Damage: 6 (Sneak attack damage on a hit: 6)
Vigan and the orog (1) continue to stand toe-to-toe, swinging their enormous steel blades mercilessly. The battle tilts in the goliath's favor, however, as he lands two successive blows. Not yet having the chance to recover and ready himself for the next round of melee, the orog is struck down by Rixton, who delivers the fatal blow.
Othovir covers as much as ground as he's able before striking the orog (5)with a blast of fire. By sheer luck, seemingly, the orog staggers a bit to the right as it shakes off the effects of Othovir's spell, which, in turn, causes Narth to miss the mark with his attack from the rear.
(Thus concludes round 11; Andor, Carrow, and Ladrian may, in any order, take their actions for round 12)
With chaos all around the sorcerer looks at the lone orog and the arrows bouncing off him and decides to try his luck, raising his crossbow and firing a bolt at the creature.
Attack 15 for 10 piercing damage.
Turning to the archers nearby he offers a look which seems to say "yes, it is harder than it looks." He then moves west around the edge of the area the giants are in, digging.

Carrow
Turning quickly on the spot another arrow at his bow he fires at another group of Magmin hoping to maximize the effects of his arrows. (Target Magmin 5)

Darathra and Ladrian stand side by side, attacking the approaching magmin from distance. Darathra's aim is off, and her crossbow bolt sails over the heads of the trio of fire elementals. Ladrian's aim is true, and he watches his bolt fly cleanly through the magmin (1), who then explodes, sending fire and bits of magma splattering on the ground and the fences on either side of the road.
Orog (5)seems to have every bit of luck on its side; Andor's shot bounces off the monster's armor just as the arrows from the scouts had done.
With one clean shot, Carrow pierces another magmin (5)and its death also creates an incendiary explosion.
-------------------
Zindra Winterbow and her fellow scouts do not relent in their efforts to bring down the last orog (5). In rapid succession, all three scouts fire a pair of arrows from their longbows. They know Narth's life likely depends on their accuracy...
Zindra's 1st longbow attack:16| Piercing damage, if successful:4
Zindra's 2nd longbow attack:11| Piercing damage, if successful:3

Scout 2 1st longbow attack:9| Piercing damage, if successful:10
Scout 2 2nd longbow attack :13| Piercing damage, if successful:10
The results are better this round--two arrows find their target--but the orog (5)fights on, bringing its fury down upon Narth...
Greataxe attack 1 on Darz:24| Slashing damage, if successful:6
Greataxe attack 2 on Darz:14| Slashing damage, if successful:12
As the magmin continue their gradual advance on the scene of battle, one of them (7) has closed the distance on Narth; it reaches out and strikes him with its fiery hand...
Touch melee attack:12| Fire damage, if successful:10
The magmin's attempt misses as Narth falls lifeless to the ground; the orogchuckles aloud as it sees another foe succumb to its axe blade.
The other magmincontinue to draw closer to the battle; magmin (3)dashes toward Vigan, Carrow, and Rixton. The fire giants continue to take quick glances at the battle that rages around them, but their main focus is unearthing the object in the ground.
(Actions for Rixton, Vigan, and Othovir are next, which will conclude round 12)

Rixton:
I hop onto Viola, switching my sword for my bow. "Vigan," I say as I mount my steed. "When you are done with that little exploding bastard, ask the giants if they want any help. It should catch their attention."
I drive Viola hard across the camping ground, drawing a regular arrow from my quiver. I don't have time to dissect the orog's vulnerabilities. Pulling up just south of the orog bodies in the center of the field, I take aim and fire. As my arrow sails, I see it is too late to aid Narth.

Vigan
Falling into a defensive stance as the flaming imp-like creature (#3) runs towards him, the goliath waits for the right moment to sweep in an upwards motion with his glaive.
Attack: 26
Damage: 14
The magmin explodes violently, leaving Vigan little time to attempt to dodge the fire and lava the corpse spews in his direction. Through either luck or good positioning, he avoids the majority of the lava, suffering only a few minor burns.
DEX saving throw: 20
Putting a hand to his bleeding shoulder, Vigan turns to Rixton "Tell them yourself", he says gruffly, as he turns and runs towards the last remaining orog, hoping to stop it before its greataxe claims more victims.
Move 30ft towards Orog #5.
Othovir
Watching another fall to the orog fills Othovir with a sense of dread. Even if we do stop them from destroying the town, will there be anyone left to live here? Joining the archer's attack on the orog, he launches another firebolt in its direction, while moving back towards the fort a short distance.

Death Burst. When the magmin dies, it explodes in a burst of fire and magma. Each creature within 10 feet of it must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Fire damage to Vigan:2
Rixton draws closer to the one remaining orog with the intent of bringing an end to the monster's destruction. The rogue's arrow becomes one of many others that fails to pierce the orog's armor. Nearby, a shower of fiery sparks and magma rains down on the campground area after Vigan annihilates a magmin (3) with one swing of his glaive.
(Round 12 has come to a close. Andor, Carrow, Darathra and Ladrian may begin round 13, taking their actions in any order)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The orog merely grins at Andor after the sorcerer's bolt skips off his armor with a loud clank.
Switching to their melee weapons, Ladrian and Darathra seek to bring down another magmin (6)to the west of the campground area. Their blades are too slow, however, to catch up with the nimble little elemental who then reaches out to touch Ladrian with a fiery hand...
Touch melee attack:23| Fire damage, successful: 12
NOTE: If the magmin hits, Ladrian ignites (and will take 1d6 fire damage on his next turn unless he uses his action to extinguish the flames)
Two more magmin (10, 11) dash southward to join the fray, closing the distance between themselves and Ladrian and Darathra. Carrow lets loose an arrow, with magmim (11) as its target, but the shot sails high and strikes the burning building just north of the intended target. On the eastern side of the campground, magmin (4)scales the fence near the fire giants, and magmin (7,8,9) scurry along the road behind the orog, making their way toward the main square.
Zindra and the scouts retreat slightly, seeking to keep themselves a safe distance from the approaching enemies. "Stay on the orog!" she barks to her fellow archers, while she herself attempts to drop the nearest magmin (7).

2nd scout's longbow attack 2 vs orog:9| Piercing damage, if successful:7
Zindra's first shot strikes the magmin (7) but isn't sufficient to destroy the elemental. Of the four arrows from the scouts, only one wounds the orog. Seeing the retreating archers, the orogelects to crash through the fence and, with greataxe raised, dashes directly at Rixton and Viola. Eyeing the rogue, the orogsays in Common, "Horse rider..coward!"
