As Rixton begins to move, the shaman directs the dancing lights to mirror the monk's movement. Both barbarians have their greataxes at the ready; they close in on Rixton--each of them within 10' of him--but do not attack. They are ready to dodge, if necessary, and one of them says gruffly, "Turn around, lost one, and fall to your knees!"
Rixton can see that the shaman, who is standing on the second step (and, therefore, nearly 10' above the floor of the hallway), has drawn an arrow and is ready to fire if need be.
(Round 2 begins. All players may act; the NPC's, including Harshnag, will follow)
"Is that really necessary?" I say. "There are three of you and one of me, who is starving and cold. I have not even drawn my weapon. Will you not give me any food, then?"
Persuasion: 4
(Still have an attack readied. I will spend a ki to dodge as a bonus action too.)
Moving along the northern ledge as quickly as possible Andor overtakes the others below (L6) and sees Rixton and several barbarians in a standoff of some sort. "Everytime" he mutters under his breath as he draws the wand of magic missiles from his belt. He prepares to fire at the further away of the two barbarians if he moves towards Rixton or attempts to do anything hostile.
Readying use of the wand, (Level 2) if the criteria above is met.

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Hearing the voices but unable to see the enemies, Ladrian moves forward as close as he can without getting spotted, using the darkness as his cloak.
Upon listening to Rixton's shaky voice (poor Persuasion attempt), Ladrian decides to try something else and booms his voice:
"The dragons are here! Battle is coming." he says with a deep, guttural voice, mixing a bit of Giant accent in to the Common language ""The ordning must be respected, reunite our giant's brethren, kill all intruders that are not part of the ordning, or recruit them, and get ready for WAAAAAR!" Ladrian says slowly, deliberate as if a Giant was saying it.
He then, switches to normal Common and his normal tone of voice "Yes Master Giant, as you wish, I'll do as you command, but I'll try to recruit first before the... other option. We need all the help we can if we all want to get alive of this attack!"he says and shuffles his feet as if the Giant was moving away.
He then, moves towards the light, letting himself get seen by everyone "You! What are you doing here? We don't have time for this, do you all want to die?" he says with a concerned tone "Haven't you heard the dragon attack!? We're all going to die here, burned to a crisp, if we don't get our things straight." he says. He points at Rixton "You, whatever your name, gather this group behind me in this corridor and continue the sweep down this corridor for other recruits" he says to him. He quickly points to the others "You two, can you read and write Giant?" he looks at the two barbarians "Oh nevermind that, go back to the entrance and stand guard there for reinforcements. Run and shout if you see any dragons, you'll have the best opportunity to flee compared with everyone else inside" he turns to the shaman "You seem like a smart enough fellow, make sure those two don't get lost, will you?". If Ladrian doesn't see them moving he ends his intervention with "What the hell are you all waiting for?! Let's go people, the dragons are coming, the Giants are getting ready for a massive fight and I don't want to die today, how about you?"
So, uh, don't know exactly what to roll but I'll go with Deception for the dragon part and Persuasion for them to follow my instructions? Feel free to roll anything else you need Jack
With a javelin in hand, the goliath dashes along the ledge, his torch illuminating the eastern end of the tunnel, and the barbarians with it. He hold his javelin ready, doing his best to look like he is prepared to fight against something outside.

(Assuming Carrow, after casting Hail of Thorns last round, stands ready to fire away if needed)
Ladrian's sudden appearance, followed by his improvisational dialogue, certainly catches the barbarians by surprise. Their surprise is further increased by the approach of Andor on the north ledge and Vigan on the south ledge. As convincing as Ladrian is, the barbarians' first response is to address the fact that Rixton lied to them.
"Lost and alone, eh?!" one of the barbarians (2) growls. Both barbarians then descend up Rixton with their greataxes, and the shaman turns his shortbow on Vigan.
Greataxe attack on Rixton, barbarian 1:11 | Slashing damage:13
Greataxe attack on Rixton, barbarian 2:18 | Slashing damage:10
Shortbow attack on Vigan, shaman:8 | Slashing damage:2
Additionally, two more barbarians step out of the darkness and begin to descend the giant set of stairs. Harshnaglumbers forward as soon as he hears the sounds of combat erupting.
NOTE: The stairs at the east end of the hall are clearly built for giants; each step is 5' high and ascending or descending these steps is considered difficult terrain.

Vigan
From his vantage point, Vigan takes aim and launches two javelins at the barbarian in the centre of the tunnel (#1), before hurtling himself off the ledge towards the barbarian directly below him (#2), dodging an arrow fired at him by the shaman in the process.
Attack 1: 12
Damage 1: 9
Attack 2: 27
Damage 2: 13
DEX roll against #2: 11
Nice roll, beat that DM! I'll roll my own damage, as if it's high, I'll use my Stone's Endurance reaction to mitigate the damage afterwards.

OOC - looking back at our scores for a previous fight, some barbarians were dying on 13hp. If these guys are the same, then my 2nd attack is aimed at #2.

Andor.
OOC no readied actions to use?
Round 3 with the wand still in his hand Andor fires toward the shaman hoping to draw his attention. "Hi there, so the dragon cult is definitely a no then?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rixton:
Readied attack from the previous round against (4) Barbarian 2 : Short sword (+1) Attack: 14 Damage: 5
Round 3 actions:
I dodge as soon as I see the barbarians begin to move, striking out at the one on my right and missing. This brought me out of reach of the barbarian on my left but right into the swing of the one I attacked, leaving me bloodied across my chest. I press the attack with a quick backswing.
Short sword (+1) Attack: 9 Damage: 8
I follow it up with a swift kick to his mid-section.
(if the barbarian falls before this kick, Rixton will shift targets. If BOTH barbarians have fallen, he will move 40 feet and attempt to kick the shaman instead.)
As soon as the barbarians launch their attacks against Rixton, they are met with the readied responses of Andor and Vigan. Glowing magical darts shoot forth from Andor's wand and strike the barbarian to Rixton's right, and two of the goliath's javelins pierce the barbarian to Rixton's left.
The barbarian near the southern ledge, having just been struck by magic missiles and Ladrian's rapier while engaged in melee combat with Rixton, is wholly unaware that Vigan has just leaped from the ledge. The goliath smashes into the barbarian, causing 15 bludgeoning damage. Both men are knocked prone.
Andor sends forth another volley of magic missiles, but this time the shaman is his target. The dancing lights extinguish immediately, for the shaman has lost his concentration on the spell.
Although he missed with his first shortsword attack, Rixton is able to draw blood with his second attack and successfully land his martial arts strike.
(Carrow's action remains; the only changes to the map above are (1) Vigan and Ladrian are in square 30, and (2) the dancing lights are gone.)
The ranger carefully watches the beginning stages of the skirmish in front of him and determines the most prudent course of action is to fire on one of the barbarians on the stairs. The Hail of Thorns spell that he has cast might harm Ladrian or Vigan if he were to fire on the nearest enemy.
Longbow attack 1 on barbarian 4:17| Piercing damage:8 + 9 potential piercing damage from Hail of Thorns
Longbow attack 2 on barbarian 4:22| Piercing damage:10 + 3 potential piercing damage from Hail of Thorns
DC 12 DEX save for barbarian 4: 4
Carrow's aim is true and both arrows pierce the barbarian's hide armor; additionally, the barbarian is unable to descend the stairs and simultaneously avoid the hundreds of thorns that magically rain down upon him. Meanwhile, Harshnag moves forward slightly and holds his axe at the ready, but he does not engage with any of the barbarians. His mighty voice can be heard, however, remarking on Vigan's leap from the ledge. "Ha! Vigan! That's a tale I'll be tellin' someday!"
The barbarian (2) who was blindsided by Vigan's jump from above is badly wounded, but he stands nonetheless and begins to scream wildly in Bothii as he swings at Vigan...
Greataxe attack:19 | Slashing damage:6
As if prompted by his comrade, the other barbarian (1) lets out an intense war cry, causing spittle to fly from his mouth, as he levels a swing at Ladrian...
Greataxe attack:20 | Slashing damage:11
Barbarians 3 and 4 continue their descent down the stairs as a [Tooltip Not Found] suddenly flashes into view. Flying approximately 20' in the air it arcs over Ladrian, Rixton, and Vigan, drops its lower jaw and exhales a furious blast of icy hail (33 cold damage, halved on a successful DC 12 CON save).
The wyrmling, either unaware or uncaring, does nothing to avoid striking barbarian 2 with its breath weapon. The barbarian collapses to the ground, breathing his last breath.
The barbarians on the stairs--all five of them--continue their descent toward the melee. All wield greataxes; none seem to possess a ranged weapon.
Lastly, the shaman, focusing his full attention on Harshnag, makes a few subtle hand motions that indicate he's casting some sort of spell...
WIS saving throw for Harshnag: 8
...and the frost giant is immediately charmed and incapacitated. From his vantage point, Andor can discern clearly that Harshnag just fell victim to a hypnotic pattern.
(Round 3 concludes; all players, in any order, may take their actions for round 4)
"Damn it, this isn't good, not good at all." Raising his hands Andor tries to stifle the advance of the barbarians before they can get in amongst his companions "Gods I hope this works as well as last time..." he mutters as the spell energy releases. He then takes the stone in his hand and throws it down into the press of combat (aiming for somewhere around 29/31)

Andor weaves a mesmerizing pattern of colors that appears on the stairwell, and only one berserker has the mental fortitude to resist succumbing to the spell.

The goliath braces himself against the icy blast of hail, before getting to his feet and glancing at the others. "Someone take down that dragon!", he roars through the chaos, before drawing his glaive and proceeding to charge the enemies in his immediately vicinity.
Planning to go for barbarians #1, #4 and #3 in that order, using the below attacks. Once #1 is down Vigan will move to the middle of the tunnel so that he is the same distance from both 3 and 4 (I have 15 feet of movement after getting up, plus the 10ft range of the glaive).

I disengage from the barbarian to my left as Vigan visciously slashes at him and retreat (to 23). I sheath my sword and draw my short bow as I move.
Vigan stands and strikes the nearest berserker (1) three times before the barbarian finally falls. Moving to the center of the tunnel and standing between two more foes, the goliath slashes another berserker (4).
(Actions for Carrow and Ladrian are next, followed by Harshnag)
Tracking:
Berserkers 1 and 2 have been slain.
Berserker 4 is severely wounded and the only one not charmed/incapacitated.
All other berserkers and the shaman are charmed.
The dragon wyrmling is 20' in the air; so ranged attacks are the only means to hit it at this point.
"The dragon's scouts are here! That hurts!"he curses and starts moving his fingers and enchanting "Let's see what you got." He casts Tasha’s Hideous Laughter at the wyrm, as he seems to be the greater threat.
