Strength saving throw to avoid being knocked prone 10
Not expecting the wolf to leap at his throat, Karl is knocked prone. He stands up and says "I tried to warn you puppies" as he swings The Pacifier at the wolf. Not only does he miss the wolf but he slams The Pacifier into the ground breaking it in two."I liked that club and had had it for years" Karl yells at the wolf as he enters a rage and flings the pieces of the now useless Great Club at the wolf "looks like we do this the hard way!"
Only the size of the hatchet's blade prevents Einar from cleaving the wolf's head in twain. He then maneuvers closer to Karl, placing himself between the other wolf and the rest of his party.

Top of Round 3: Bron (6/12) • Blue (9/9) & Orange (0/12) • Green (4/11) • Red (7/7) • Black (11/11) • Karl (7/16) & Nif (Crossbow broken, 10/10) • Einar (16/16) • Vondal (0/12, unconscious: 1 saves/0 fails)
Bron sees Vondal be struck down, and realizes that he has no choice. He reaches into his bag and pulls out a strange sword. The sword looks as if it is made of lacquered bone, with silver designs running across the blade. It has an ever so slight curve to it, and the end of it hooks over. Several bony protrusions stick out all over it, and look almost like teeth. The hilt looks to be fashioned out of a skeleton's hand, and a skull has been fashioned to be a hand guard. Bron yells something in a foreign language and outstretches his hand toward whichever wolf has been damaged most(if neither, red).
"Ol-Húta"
For Elvish speakers only:
It translates roughly into 'Ol-Húta', or 'Become Curse', though it is quite obviously a different language that might have branched off of Elvish, not the actual language.
A clawed hand of shadow and bone stretches from his around the wolf, and the wolf shivers. Bron raises his sword in two hands, the thing seemingly coming alive as he swings it with two hands at the wolf.
Attack: 18 Damage: 10

Not expecting the wolf (blue) to leap at his throat, Karl is knocked prone by the canine's attack. But he stands up again and says, "I tried to warn you puppies," as he swings the Pacifier down, aiming for the top of the wolf's head. Not only does he miss his target as it leaps to the side, but he slams the Pacifier into the ground with his great strength, breaking the weapon in two! "I liked that club and had had it for years!" Karl yells at the wolf as he enters a rage and flings the pieces of the now useless great club. "Looks like we do this the hard way!"
Seeing Vondal drop, Nif calls out, "BROTHER!!" Cursing, he hurries north, his hands still attempting to restring the blasted crossbow, but yet unable to accomplish the task.
Einar roars as he manages to draw one of his new hatchets. He skillfully swings at the biggest wolf threatening him. Only the size of the hatchet's blade prevents Einar from cleaving the wolf's head in twain, but the blow is a mortal one none-the-less, and it slumps to the ground with a slight whimper. Einar then dances around the other wolf (black), placing himself between it and the rest of his party.
Vondal's body lays motionless, but a keen eye would notice that the flow of blood has lessened just a little.
Bron, seeing Vondal struck down, realizes that he has no choice. He reaches into his bag and pulls out — to his friends' confusion — a strange sword. The sword looks as if it is made of lacquered bone, with silver designs running across the blade. It has an ever so slight curve to it, and the end of it hooks over. Several bony protrusions stick out all over it, and look almost like teeth. The hilt looks to be fashioned out of a skeleton's hand, and the hand guard looks to be a refashioned skull. Bron yells something in a language similar to Elvish and stretches out his free hand toward whichever the wolf near him that has already been hurt (green). A clawed hand of shadow and ethereal bone materializes and stretches around the wolf, causing the canine to shiver. Bron then raises his sword in two hands, the thing seemingly coming alive as he swings it with two hands at the wolf. Distracted by the mystical energies, the wolf fails to react fast enough. Bron's attack finishes off the beast, and it drops. The spectral hand seems to sweep through the wolf's corpse and then fly into Bron. He closes his eyes for a second and breathes in, feeling a bit of the wolf's strength revitalize him.
Still attempting to subdue its prey, Karl's (blue) wolf lunges at him again. (Attack: 7) The dwarf, however, is able to dodge and weave, throwing off the wolf's attack with a strong forearm.
Its stronger pack mate taken down, the (red) wolf growls menacingly at Bron and then goes for his shin. (Attack: 14, Damage: 8) Unfortunately, the new power Bron is experiencing has distracted him, and he doesn't notice the (red) wolf's attack. It clamps down on his leg and shakes its head, tearing at the flesh viciously.
The final wolf (black) lunges at Einar, (Attack: 16) but the dwarf is able to deflect the attack with his shield.
Round 3 so far: Bron (4/12) • Blue (9/9) & Orange (0/12) • Green (0/11) • Red (7/7) • Black (11/11) • Karl (7/16) & Nif (Crossbow broken, 10/10) • Einar (16/16) • Vondal (0/12, unconscious: 1 saves/0 fails)
DM this may be a two round move but I will leave it up to you to arbitrate.
Karl reaches down and grabs hold of the wolf, picks it up and with a grunt turns and throws it against the rock outcrop in 'D9'. "That's for causing me to break The Pacifier" he yells as he lets go of the wolf.

As the second wolf lunges once more to attack him, Einar brings up his shield to block the attack. As the wolf hits the shield, Einar thrusts upward, pushing the wolf's head and forelegs up and exposing its midsection to a crippling strike from his hatchet. The wolf howls in pain as it falls backward from the force of the strike, not yet dead, but only hanging on by a thread.

With an impressive show of strength, Karl is able to get under the (blue) wolf and raise it above his head in an attempt to slam it down on top of the rock. The wolf, however, wriggles and kicks mightily, causing Karl to lose his grip. The canine gracefully leaps away, landing behind both Karl and Einar (F9) and prepares to continue its assault.
The (red) wolf goes in for another attack on Bron, whose last attack overextended him and left an opening. (Attack: 24; Damage: 8) The wolf takes a big chunk out of Bron's calf, blood flying everywhere. Bron collapses. (Movement: 2) After Bron drops to the ground, it turns and heads south (E10) to help surround Einar.
The (black) wolf lunges again at Einar, using the distraction of the (red) wolf to its advantage. (Attack: 21; Damage: 9 halved to 3)
