"Aagh that feels better - almost like a new dwarf" Karl says to nobody in particular as a result of taking a short rest. "Now do any of you lot recognise this Blue Lion crest" he says to the others.

Vondal stops his absent-minded stretching to work out the kinks in his shoulder, to start combing his beard in thought. "Eh... Maybe Lord's Alliance?" Vondal shrugs. "Sorry, The humans are fond of their Lions. I say we take it with us once we clear out this cave. Maybe somebody in Phandalen will know more. Or I can study it as we go."On that note, Vondal uses clever severe to help him get up. Then, after checking one last time to see if his makeshift bandages wouldn't 'come undone anytime soon, he says, "Let's get going.. Quietly. And let's stick together this time too."
For when the group is on the move:
Vondal covers the rear by at least 10 with his bow at the ready.
Karl says "I reckon its a case of finders keepers. Once we've checked out the rest of the cave we should come back and open this lot" pointing at the boxes, crates, etc. "up. After all nobody know we've got em!"

"We'll figure out the damn loot later, aye? Won't do us any good to figure it out just to get caught off guard an' killed, ya'know?"

Nif, you have 8/10 hp. Vondal gave you the potion (8 hp) before the hour was up, so you had not yet recovered the 1hp you would have at 1 hour.
Thank you all for updating your character sheets.
The group heads north down the stairs, northwest over the bridge, and follows the curve of the cave as it begins to bend southwest. Despite their efforts, they are not able to be very quiet. The structure of the cave seems to amplify every step. The sound of the waterfall has died away, and even their breathing seems loud. As Karl (who I assume is in the lead) rounds the corner and gets his first glimpse of the cave ahead, he hears scuffling up ahead, but doesn't see any movement.
OOC: I need to know party order and what you want to do. If you want to give me the squares you're in, all's the better.
Vondal is at the rear with his bow at the ready. But if he hears the scuffing ahead to, he'll approach in a defensive posture (Dodge) in case of any surprises.

Before Nif leaves, he does a final check through the small cavern for anything loose that the goblins might have tried to scavenge from the crates. Once done, he will search the goblin bodies for anything useful as well as seeing if there are any salvageble crossbow bolts. He will repeat this for any of the goblin bodies he comes across as the group moves on.
Nif will be at the back of the group, wherever that is.
Nif, you only find scimitars on any of the goblin bodies you come in contact with on your way west. You remember the (yellow) goblin had a crossbow, but it has fallen off the bridge, so you can't to it without climbing or jumping down. You find no "treasure", but you do find a few coin purses. Some have dried meat. Since everyone is moving forward, you don't take a long time scavenging, but you collect 2 sp and 2 copper and 6 pieces of dried meat.
I should have put a minimum on those coin finds. Add 2 to both the sp and cp (so, 4 of each).
And both you and Vondal can't be at the back of the group. Since your hp is a little higher, I put you ahead of Vondal.

"A target rich environment, you beaudy" Karl exclaims "comon cobber's charge" he yells as he moves to F5 and connecting with the yellow Goblin's with 'The Rattle' spins its head through 270 degrees. Unfortunately for it, an Owl it is not, and the blow simply breaks its neck. "That's for 'Bron - a Mate'" Karl says "now who's next"he says to the Goblins.

The (blue) goblin moves forward (F6) and takes a swing at Karl with its scimitar. (Attack: 20; Damage: 12) It slashes keenly under the dwarf's defenses, doing quite a bit of damage. The (green) goblin (the smallest by far) scurries forward (E6) and swings its own scimitar. (Attack: 14) But Karl is able to bat away the goblin's weak thrust. The (red) goblin, the largest, pushes by two of its mates (G6) and swings mightily at Karl. (Attack: 11) But pressed in the small space between Karl and the rock wall keeps it from being able to swing properly, and its dwarf target deflects the attack with his club.

Einar rushes forward to Karl's side and swings at the closest goblin to him with his hatchet.
Movement: To G5
Action: Attack: 18 targeting Blue Goblin for 7 slashing damage.
Note: If Blue Goblin dies, Einar moves into its space. (F6)

This large cave is divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment. A steep natural staircase leads from the lower portion to the upper ledge. The air is hazy with the smoke of a cooking fire, and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins.
The (red) goblin drops where it stands, Nif's crossbow bolt sprouting from one side of its spouting neck. Einar rushes forward to Karl's side and swings his hatchet at the (blue) goblin. The blade takes down the foe with ease. The (black) goblin, seeing three of its comrades drop with ease and the advancing army of dwarves, runs up the staircase, yelling something in its goblin tongue. From out of the upper portion of the escarpment steps another goblin, looking smug, yet wary. It is pulling along a human, gray with age, and looking to be barely standing. His face has some bruises and there are blood stains on his clothing, which looks to be garments you'd wear under armor. The goblin holds the human near the edge and shouts in clear Common, “Truce, or this human dies!”

I'm going to say everyone's sneakiness and non-stealthiness counters each other and just roll initiative.
