Nam's firebolt misses. Isk's javelin hits as the flesh golem emerge head and chest high over the edge of the well but the javelin just sticks into the flesh the monster unphased.
The flesh golem then screams its a horrifying sound that shakes everyone. WIZ save against being frightened DC13 as the decaying mass of corrupted parts that seem to be stitched together from fallen adventurers! It's still 15ft away from the party down the well its head and torso visible.
Griff NO attack until you make the WIZ save. Also, the golem is still 15ft away from the party DOWN steps. His head and shoulders are above the side of the well. Lucy lunge attack isn't 15ft long, is it? Garret and Isk held ranged attacks.
Griff USE the coordinates. As for "He leaps into air" you're leaping then dropping down 15ft in hopes of landing on to him as well as shoving him down steps? Give me an acrobatic check please to see if you even get to him.
OOC: Addressing 'called shots' as a rule there aren't any such RAW or DMG about it so here's what I think. If you can do this to opponents they can do the same to you. Are you OK with that? By allowing this you're opening the door to the need for hit location armour values. So I'm going to have to re-define every enemy in the book to handle these called shots and that's time that I could be spent writing interesting and challenging scenarios. You say "I shoot him in the eye and kill him". Once you allow body part targeting you're a step away from on-demand critical hits. Also non-magic weapons do NO damage. Read flesh golem this is player knowledge however for Flint or anyone to know THIS is by casting true strike or rolling a great history check beating my DC.

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
(I just meant I would use my sharpshooter feat to try to shoot it with no penalties to hit due to it being mostly obsured while also talking the -5 to hit in hopes of dealing an extra 10 damage... not really trying to kill it in one shot but just trying to flavor it as me trying to shoot him in the head because that is basically all that is visible and if I do hit and it did 10 more damage it might make sense but since it won't actually hurt him at all that is a bit of a let down :D... I am not actually saying we should be able to say that we all always attack the heads of everything in the hopes of 1 shotting all the bad guys all the time :D)
OoC - there was an article on DDB a while back that had a house rule for combat stunts. Something like, "I swing off the chandelier and stab the bad guy in the face".
Basically, then player would say something like that, then the DM would give a DC and ability check. If the player passed the check then they got advantage on the attack roll. If they failed, then their attack action was forfeited.
I've used this in some IRL games and it has worked well since it encourages roleplaying combat actions with some good, tangile benefits but also risk. You could do the same thing for called shots. Just an idea for you.
OOC: Sounds good just wanted to say what I think/learned. Got it! Sharpshooter shot. Guilty I like that kinda how I was going to handle Griff's jumping attack that he retconned. My point being flavour is one thing but expectations have to be managed vs. feasibility in game RAW as well as my homebrew to make things a bit more interesting!

Gen and Jinx's work together. The blood hawk hovers 20ft over the golem but does not attack.
Gen however bangs her staff on the floor again yelling "MOVE" unleashing wall of thorns that ompletely encircles the well. The golem can not pass unless it takes 7d8 of magic piercing damage.
Isk and Nam DEX saves DC15 with advantage.
"We need to get out of here," the half-elf exclaims pointing around to the other doors that have begun to slowly open all around the party and the same shrieking can be heard in the West of this room where the first party entered into the East door of this room! "There's no way we can fight both'" she exclaims.

Garret's flask of alchemist fire explodes on the golem causing it to shriek again as it ignites gaining disadvantage on attacks and ability checks!
Griff is up!
