(I can't move closer, but I'm in attack range? I can move my arm closer? 😮)
Dori regaining movement once again, only to still be overcome with a strange feeling of terror he's never experienced before prevents him from doing much. The goliath always confronting every challenge before him head on is perplexed at this new struggle. Fighting every instinct to simply run away, he'd stretch a shaky arm to grasp at the scarecrow to return to dragging the construct toward the others.
After the wild slashes at his person, a heavily breathing Sizan more warily circled around the creature to put himself more between Cloudfur and the creature. Though not so much a stray fire was likely to burn him. Hopefully. "Once more with feeling, Mr. Cloudfur." With a flourish, he lunges in again with both blades in quick succession, aiming for the more vulnerable areas on pumpkin head.
Continuing to move closer to Dori and blankethead Gargan lifts his staff up horizontally in front of him gripping it in both hands. As he approaches his eyes glaze over into purest black and the crystal at the tip of his staff starts to crackle with building energy. When he reaches about 15ft from them both he stops and with a loudly whispered incantation he unleashes an arc of blue-black lighting at blankethead.
A streak of blue extends from Gargan's hand, encircling the scarecrow and sending a visible jolt through it's body. Meanwhile Dori, in a combined fit of rage and fear, grabs hold of the scarecrow once more and resumes dragging it across the field. It fights back with it's claws, landing one attack for another 5 damage. Make another WST.
Cloudfur produce a small ball of flame and hurls it forward but it misses, sailing off into the distance behind. Sizan slashes twice, landing both. The creature is moving slowly and in pretty rough shape, but still manages to lash back twice at Cloudfur, missing once but striking with the second for 6. Cloudfur falls to the ground unconscious, bleeding profusely from his wounds.
(You can't move closer but as long as you remain where you are you can still hit. It's a little unclear whether you could actually grapple something you're afraid of like that .. but I'll allow it).
Sizan mutters a curse, and starts to call out something. In seeing the spectacle magic just happening a short distance away, he bites back another curse, and looks down to the thus far ineffectual swords in hands. Weighing his odds quickly, he sighs and starts to step away... only turn and rush at the creature's back, diving into stab into its backside. "Dori! Your potion! Cat-Man-Dude is down!"
(@All Of course the potion I sold would come back to haunt me. Why wouldn't it? XD)
While maintaining his concentration on the pulsing arc of lightning between him and blankethead, his eyes still jet black like pits of darkness, he begins to move closer to the shed behind which Cloudfur and Sizan are fighting the final construct. The whole time he continues to focus his power on the enchantment that he maintains and with a snarl sends further pulses of blue-black energy down the arc.
Gargan maintains his focus on the spell and sends another jolt through Blankethead. You see it sort of sieze up for a minute before resuming a normal stance.
Seeing his comrade go down Sizan makes two wild strikes against Pumpkinhead, both glancing off it's hard interior frame.
Dori overcoming the fear instilled in him by the scarecrow, tightens his grip on the creature intending to pop the head off like one giant zit, but upon hearing the call of Sizan that Cloudfur has dropped forces the goliath to reconsider momentarily.
Still grappled, Dori starts to drag the scarecrow the 15' needed to be just behind Cloudfur before letting the creature free from his grasp so he can produce the healing potion from his pack and administer it to his fallen comrade.
Movement: 15' for grappled.
Letting go of grapple says "The condition specifies the things that end it, and you can release the target whenever you like (no action required)."
All good, Cloudfur regains 10HP and Dori regains 5. As Cloudfur is coming to, the remaining two scarecrows take two claw swipes at Sizan and Dori respectively.
Pumpkinhead lands both strikes on Sizan for 9 total damage. Blood flies as he spins around from the force of the last blow and falls face-first to the ground unconscious.
Blankethead, takes advantage of Dori while distracted with Cloudfur, rakes Dori twice across his back, landing both blows for a total of 9 damage.
Back to you. If Gargan or Cloudfur can't heal Sizan he can roll a death saving throw.
(sorry Sizan - gotta assess the situation and act in the best way possible for all of us - besides you get three rounds at least before your fully dead :P - and I only have 1 spell slot left)
As the situation is starting to get more desperate Gargan focuses his energy once more into the arcing lighting, sending further pulses down it and into blankethead in an attempt to put a second foe out of action as soon as possible.

You manage to pull yourself together. You're still grappled with the scarecrow and you are 15' from Cloudfur. Gargan is first so I'll wait for him.
