Torunn, who had been snoring away in the howdah, opens his eyes to the commotion. "This definitely does not look natural" He mutters, mostly to himself as he shakes the grogginess from his head. He climbs up and grabs his maul, before climbing down and joins Lukian, looking for the source of the flames.
When he is with Lukian, he whispers a prayer to Gond for guidance and casts Detect Magic as he scans for the source.
His eyes still on the second burning bush, Lukian says to Toruun, "It may be prudent to just keep moving. Perhaps we can avoid involving ourselves in this mystery. As curious as I am, we should avoid delays, as I understand it."
Whenever the others return to the elephant to relay their wish, D.O.R.K would look from them to the fire twice over, before nodding hesitantly in agreement. "If that is your wish. We will have to press on for a time, and hope it does not choose to follow us. Those on watch tonight should also be exceptionally on alert regardless as well." She stated, this time more than loud enough for even the goblins to here. And taking that as their cue, the duo make their way back into the wagon with Beedo grumpily trying to settle back in to sleep.
As Lukian and Toruun make their way back towards the rest of the party a third bush about 5 yards from the party bursts into flame. Again the trail between the two bushes can be clearly determined.
D.O.R.K. pls make Animal Handling check to make sure that Golemogote is not spooked by the flames.
As the third bush ignites, Lukian turns to face the fire once again. He asks Toruun to relay the information to the party alone; he wants to stay put and guard the party. "I will act as a barrier between the fire and Golem. Tell them to hurry," the elf says.
Ready action: If something comes within striking distance that appears dangerous, Lukian will attack it with Dawnbringer! He will move so that he continues to be between the fire and Golem.
Ebonitus attempts to communicate with the being using Detect Thoughts from the helm of telepathy., "Come forth, little one, no need to be afraid and lonely, would you like to travel with us for a while?" Spell save DC13 - (OOC: note: Not sure if the save is needed - this is not using the suggestion power, but simply communication through the helm).

Tirohia te Moana - Level 2 Cleric - What shall we do with the Drunken Sailor?
Ebonitus de Viribus - Level 4 Cleric - The Storm King's Thunder - The Gods Respond.
Ebonitus receives back a thought along the lines "NOT LITTLE !" as a creature about 10+ feet tall which appears to be made of flames steps out of the bush and walks towards the party.
Ebonitus thinks at the creature "Wow, you are not little, but you must be hot. Is there a way for you to turn the flame off, or do you burn everything you touch?"

Both D.O.R.K and Vark (Beedo having already settled back in to try and sleep) become visibly tense as the creature makes itself fully known to them. Yet whereas the former had to keep a tight reign on Golemogote to keep him from growing any more panicked in the heat of the moment, the latter stood on guard, throwing the occasional wary glance at the axe in hand as if not quite trusting it to be enough for the situation.

"I agree. Unless something changes while we do so, let's keep moving." Devin says.
