Sounds like there needs to be some interaction between all of you to decide how to proceed. Until I get a solid plan from the players, the ball is in your court.
Xilyrah's insight check didn't reveal any dishonesty or underlying evil-doing, so she's all for the teleportation. Jimjar wants to win his coin back, so he'll be in, too.

The problem is that 8 can teleport, but there are 10 in the group. I'm all for ditching Valthana and the new elf, but unfortunately my character is supposed to be Good. :-)
I'd need the DM's help for Sarith's reaction.
The Drow would be familiar with the mind flayers in general. He also seems to be slipping into depression. So I don't know whether he is okay with the teleportation, or if he will insist on traveling under his own power. (Or if he will just go along with what the group wants.)

Sarith doesn't show any recognition or fear when gazing in Grazilaxx's direction. The only time he becomes animated is when he suspects you might change your destination from Neverlight Grove to Blingdenstone. The only way he becomes calm is if he is assured the destination remains Neverlight Grove. Besides that, he doesn't seem to comprehend when asking his opinion about teleporting.
Eldeth will likely find Grazilaxx's offer unappealing, especially in light of Grazilaxx's comment about teleportation: teleportation is not a precise magic and it spit me out here.
As for Tozer, he does not trust other "ordinary" races; so, his suspicions about a mind flayer would be off the charts. Additionally, he is beginning to view his ragged company of escapees as a clan of sorts, and, therefore, they are a group that he should protect and to which he should give his loyalty. Leaving anyone behind, therefore, won't sit well with him.
Lastly, the one who is vouching for the mind flayer (Xilyrah) is someone Tozer finds rather unlikable. (No offense meant, bold. Just playing a role)
In short, Tozer will be unwilling to hop on Grazilaxx's magic bus.
It takes A LOT more than that to offend me, Jack. I don't like her all that much, either ;D.
I don't think the majority of the ten will want to teleport and I'm guessing that splitting the party up doesn't work in PBP, so we can thank Grazilaxx for his offer and soldier on.

Another alternative is to get rid of a couple more NPC's. Jimjar is neutral good aligned, so it would be morally questionable for him to just take Grazilaxx's offer and bail on the rest of the group. However, the elf looks like a helpless commoner and bringing him along is a big risk given you're probably being chased by the drow and you still have a long way to go.
Given that situation, teleporting with Grazilaxx and the elf for what would hopefully be a short sprint to Blingdenstone is probably a bet Jimjar would prefer making over going all the way to Neverlight Grove while trying to defend the elf from all dangers.
So I would allow this choice: shed off 2 npc's at the cost of Jimjar or take on the elf for an unknown duration.
Currently, the party is eleven, right? The four players + these seven NPC's:
Sarith Kzekarit
Valthana
Stool
Jimjar
Prince Derendil
Eldeth Feldrun
Elf slave
So, we'd need to shed three members of the group it seems.
EDIT: I'm thinking I didn't see the DM's meaning. By shed off 2 npc's at the cost of Jimjar, Kerrec is suggesting we could leave Jimjar behind with two other NPC's. Correct?
If we leave enough NPCs behind, perhaps Narstin won't feel like we're abandoning them and leaving them helpless. Half can go with Stool to Fungaltown (won't you take me to Fungaltooooown????) and the rest can teleport and escort the elf. Those are our two most helpless party members.

That could work fine. Leaving a couple behind to fend for themselves would be a problem. Splitting the group into two groups with different goals would be feasible though (as far as Narstins traits)
Jake_Joke is controlling both Eldeth and Jimjar. (Do you want to spread that out, give one to Bold?)
Yes, I'll happily pass Jimjar along to bold.
Sure. I’ll take over Jimjar.

Done.
Now, Eldeth and Jimjar are on watch #3 when the strange figure is spotted heading towards the party. What do they do?
I'm back (once we get to the point of narstin or derendil needing to do anything :P)
If this being is even remotely trustworthy, then I think he needs an elven

The bigger problem than Jimjar is that NARSTIN wouldn't approve of leaving anyone behind either:

No, I meant jimjar and the elf will teleport and leave the rest behind. Jimjar is betting it would be safer for the elf that way.
