Narstin conjures 10 gallons and everyone has enough water, leaving none.
The party still has 3 full waterskins in reserve, correct? It hasn't come up yet, but wanted to make sure it is there in case of emergency.

I checked multiple times and I'm pretty sure there is no water left.
However, seeing as not every day taps out Narstin's spell slots, there's no reason Narstin wouldn't keep all 6 water skins full before sleeping. So it's a moot point.
Narstin nods along. "Sarith was the first. Now these two are showing similar signs. So far, there's been no indication it passes. It's worrying that three people have been similarly affected now..."
If you're not pursuing the matter further, we'll move on. Xilyrah and Tozer are to be removed from their tasks, so:
Krizzibond doesn't have help keeping an eye out for dangers, and loses his advantage.
Tozer is no longer foraging for food.
Narstin is now alone on first watch, and
Second watch is now Jimjar and Krizzibond.
Let me know how you want to re-arrange the responsibilities.
Start with 6 gallons of water (Narstin had plenty of spell slots left to keep the water skins full):
Jimjar: 4 gallons
Derendil: 4 gallons
Party has 18 pounds of food, eats 11 pounds leaving 7 pounds of day 29 food. Party has 14 gallons of water and drink 11 gallons, leaving 3 gallons in water skins.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rolls I need to set up the encounter. This may kill some of you, so I'm recording this to be legit. But don't look at the spoiler until after, if you're that curious:
I have re-assigned Jimjar and Eldeth to Rodolfo and Krizzibond. Check your "EXTRAS" tab to see their stats and track their HP. Note: Eldeth has 8 arrows remaining for her longbow!
If Sarith, Tozer, and Xilyrah are being passive, then I'd suggest that those behind/next to them push them into melee range of the beastie.
It should just happen, without a contested roll. (They don't perk up until after they are "attacked".) That will get them into the action, and also provide meat shields until the group gets organized.

Ugh, I rolled a narrow single file tunnel. Your marching order is:
Rolling a D12 to see where the attack originates in the marching order (6 is Wolena, a 12 is Stool): 9
Just a reminder of the mechanics, per the PHB: The space of another creature, whether hostile or not, also counts as difficult terrain.
And obviously you can't end your movement in a space that is occupied.

Well we're looking great so far on initiative!
