I am assuming the party is taking a long rest at this area, but I am holding off on going to level 4 to make sure this is okay. (We have already seen party members slaughtered in their sleep, due to the evil dice-gods.)
Beegred will take the Observant feat. This will help during the trip. Beegred's skill for Survival will go to +2, and his passive Perception will go to 19 (active Perception bonus will be +4).

You can carry as many waterorb sacks, up to your encumbrance value (6 days of food and 30 lbs per sack) as you want, however if you carry more than one, it will take one action at the start of a battle to fling them off. If you fight while carrying more than one sack, you do so at disadvantage.
Please add them to your inventory so we can track them. When you eat and drink each day, decrease the weight from thirty to zero in 5 lb increments. At zero lbs, you can remove them from inventory.
I could take another 3 probably without being encumbered - but if each orb is 6 days worth of food/water then I've got 60 days on me which might be more than we need - Skameros doesn't get encumbered until he's over 510 pounds total.
If the party thinks we won't need that much I can carry less....how far is it to the deep gnomes?
Right - and there are (I think) 6 medium creatures left in the party - so Skameros can carry 10 days worth of supplies for the party without anyone else needing to carry any - that is why I was wondering if we had an idea of how far the gnomes were from us - because he doesn't need to carry that many - but also can help free up any others from feeling they need to carry 2 (and worry about either the disadvantage or having to use an action to shrug them off)
Spell components? Goodberry doesn't consume the Twig of Mistletoe, so as long as Beegred doesn't lose his component pouch (insert evil laugh here), he can feed the party every day at the cost of a spell slot.
Wait - Beegred can create up to 10 goodberry's a day - that's enough sustenance for 10 people a day - do we even need to carry any of these orbs?
oh - wait - I forgot we're managing spell components in this game - never mind
so we'd need ideally to carry 3-4 orbs each to make it there without foraging....
The party is in good shape. If there is a water shortage, Narstin has been Creating water. And if Beegred has an unused spell slot, he will cast Goodberry before going to sleep. (He now has mistletoe / Druid component pouch from the buried people in the Grove. The spell does not consume the mistletoe.)
We should carry as many waterorbs as convenient. There may be days when Narstin or Beegred are out of spell slots. Or maybe trade excess orbs to merchants, for something we need.
I am adding 1 waterorb to Beegred's inventory.

At least to start, if Narstin is willing, he should cast Lesser Restoration (cure disease) twice each night. Start with Skameros/Jimjar, then Rodolfo/Eldeth, then Narstin/Beegred.
For the duties, this is my suggestion (which you are free to ignore). Since everyone has Darkvision, we only use Light if necessary.
Navigation: Rodolfo (who has seen/remembered the maps more than the others), with Jimjar assisting as a guide towards Blingdenstone
Danger watch: Narstin, Skameros
Forage: Beegred for food, Eldeth for water. (Not necessary, but a little variety in the nutrition will help team morale. A single berry every day and spell water would drive people batty. Try to keep the reserve supplies fresh.)
Others: If crafting needs to be done (like Narstin improving his cleric symbol), then assignments can be temporarily changed.
Night watch (everyone has Darkvision)
Shift 1: Skameros, Eldeth (Eldeth can help Skameros with the Perception)
Shift 2: Narstin
Shift 3: Beegred
Shift 4: Rodolfo, Jimjar (they can talk about what direction to take when the marching resumes)

I do indeed appear to have missed the violet fungus. Set myself at 2833 also.

There will be no encounter on the mound. You can level up and we'll start the trip to Blingdenstone on Monday.
Hehe you've got us so paranoid that we expect encounters at every turn :)

Beegred, because of his Favored Terrain, can do double duty during travel. He can passively watch for dangers (Passive 19) and perform one more duty.
Duties to fill:
During long rests, need 4 watch shifts.
So who does what?
Rodolfo will take 1 sack, Jimjar will take 2.
Rodolfo would volunteer for Shift 4 - he likes to get an early start for the day.
Skameros will pack, tie, strap together 10 of them if he can

As long as you're within your encumbrance range, you can. Skameros is hunched over with a massive bundle balanced on his upper back. IE:

You have 60 days of food/water for ONE medium creature. The less brawny of your compatriots may only carry 6 days of food/water for one creature.

Jimjar history check to see if he remembers how far Neverlight Grove is from Blingdenstone: 8
Jimjar thinks the party will need 20 days worth of food to get the Blingdenstone.
