That is all that you see from the prison cell. Sarith can confirm that the ones you need to fear are the elite drow, the ones with the studded leather and shields. Also the quaggoth, if they get summoned, are very dangerous as well.
BTW, Ferriman is assuming Tozer is leading this thing, so once Tozer gives the word, Ferry will move into action. And I am, OOC, electing him our starting gun. That way one of us doesn't jump the starting line during highly coordinated actions, such as this.
Just FYI, Sarith speaks elvish and undercommon. Any conversation you have with him has to be translated by someone if you don't speak those. I am just assuming that is the case to keep things moving.
Any kind of Persuasion roll that is not for the influence mechanic has to be done by someone that can speak to him directly.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. I edited my references to him in the post. I thought it was just the guards that don't speak common.
Granted. Who stinks more btw?
LOL I was going to mention something about everyone's diets, and who's been eating the most meat, but I thought "Naw, too gross and graphic." Now I know that line can, and will, be crossed. ;-)
For post 192, I assumed the roll would be made with disadvantage, to pick the lock on the cell door.
If I had a good result, I would have used DM inspiration to offset the disadvantage. Since the roll is only average, I will hold onto the DM Inspiration, and accept failure on the lock-pick attempt.

BTW how many full/empty pots are there?
You narrated you had a couple of full pots, so there are two. :)

Yes, the piece of metal you are using is not a purpose made lock pick. So disadvantage.
Yeah. shitty job, but I had fun writing the posts LOL.
My logic was that they might just start shooting when we begin trying to tear the gate down (or one shoots while the other runs for help), and we'd be helplessly under ranged fire until we busted the gate down and crossed the bridge. So worst case scenario with this act: I might attract the first crossbow bolt, but then we're no worse off than we would have been had we all started pounding at the gate. Better case scenario: we somehow get at least one--hopefully both--guards across the bridge to address this problem more personally, maybe even getting them to open the gate to let Ferry out (I'm betting money they aren't going to want to touch that punch bowl, themselves. Because ew.)
The drow would have needed to come closer for Jimjar to speak to them. He never had the chance. You just dropped trousers, yelled a lot and hoisted a full chamberpot, which sloshed. And that's cannon now. There's shit and piss on the floor in front of the gate and all over your hairy feet. I hope you do a lot of kicking when you fight.

Pff, quagoth are pushovers. In that you just gotta push em over a hundred foot drop!
LOL Vander

There is no flame. All light is bioluminescent.

Also, the bridges are difficult terrain for non drow during combat.

Ferriman...that sounds like a shitty way of getting yourself killed... :P
Need to think on how to react.

Let me know what rolls you need, by the way. Not working today, so I should be fairly attentive.

I mean, you can roll Performance, just for ... umm.... flavor.
I'm assuming, given the response, no roll is needed?
