Beegred will charge as far as he can, to get to the other side of the chasm (before Skameros's weight collapses the bridge). For the first round only, his foot speed is 35'. Will Dash as an action, so he is 40' onto the bridge. If he draws opportunity attacks, that will make it safer for the others.
With Dashing, I'm guessing a DEX check is required: 22

Rodolfo casts expeditious retreat on himself, approaches the mushrooms and then attempts to gust the flailing stuff away to follow Beegred onto the bridge.
Beegred sprints past the mushroom pillars and onto the rope bridge, dexterously running two thirds of the way across, where he can see two more mushroom pillars at the other end.
Rodolfo casts Expeditious Retreat and moves 25 feet to stand next to one of the pillars. He tries to use his gust cantrip to blow the feelers away as he approaches.
(If you are moving more than your walking speed, ie: bonus action dash, then you will have to make a DEX (acrobatics) check.)
Eldeth, seeing her companions running for it - will follow suit and attempt to dash across the bridge (30 feet of movement to the bridge and then 30 feet across the bridge)

Beegred finds himself at 40 of 60 feet across the bridge, looking at two other mushroom 'pillars' ahead of him.
Eldeth tries to dash but stumbles, halving her dash distance. She is now 15 feet past the mushroom 'pillars' on the near side of the bridge.
Rodolfo moves and dashes, successfully maintaining balance on the bridge, but is blocked by Eldeth. Rodolfo is 10 feet past the mushroom 'pillars' on the near side of the bridge.
VF2 lashes out at Skameros, who was the first to awaken the mushroom, with 3 feelers:
Feeler Attack: 18 Damage: 7 necrotic.
VF1 lashes out at Rodolfo (has 10 foot reach) with 4 feelers:
Seeing the bridge is already backed up near the entrance, Narstin moves as close as he can get without dashing (25 feet, so 5ft away) and casts Sanctuary on himself.
Seeing the backup on the bridge - Skameros will waves his arms over his head to try and keep the crazy mushrooms focused on him and take the Dodge action

Beegred looks back at what Skameros is doing, and curses to himself. "What a great idea! One day, I'll come up with a smarter strategy than that bugbear."
He uses his 25' of movement to get off the bridge and a bit past (to allow others to cross the bridge). He will stay in melee range of the bridge pilars on this side. Use the Dodge action, trying to keep the mushroom feelers attacking him instead of anyone else crossing the bridge.

Beegred approaches the mushrooms at the other end of the bridge, and they seem to suck in air and glow a bright violet as their feelers unpeel themselves and start waving in the air. Beegred continues past the two far anchors but stays in their range, preparing to dodge their attacks.
Eldeth moves 30 feet and stumbles, catching herself but making no further progress. (45 of 60 feet)
Rodolfo runs and Dashes (bonus action) to get off the bridge and out of the range of the feelers, taking the Disengage action while passing through the mushrooms.
Narstin sees Skameros struck by multiple attacks and winces. Raising his shield towards his ally, he surrounds Skameros with a Sanctuary like his own, before starting across the bridge, keeping a wary eye on the two nearby foes to avoid being attacked for his trouble.
(Bonus action to Sanctuary skameros, action to disengage, move 25 feet across the bridge)
Jimjar continues to wait for his turn out of the range of the feelers. Seeing the clumping up on the bridge he will stand back out of reach and just wait until he would have clear path.
