Valthana reaches down and lifts Stool, tucking the mushroom infant under one arm. She steps out onto the ledge (M11), her flint shard at the ready to defend herself and her ward.
Buppido stays just inside the cell (O9), his hands still bound. "Diinkarazan be praised," he says joyfully, but not too loudly. "May Derro god protect us."
For the sake of simplicity, lets say that initiative order is the order people got out of the prison cell. So on your initiative, if no one else is in the way (from higher initiative), you can start at N-9 or N-10.
Sarith, Beegred and Valthana get to go before one of the Drow. Neither of you have to wait for others to post in order.
When Stool gets picked up by Valthana, a puff of dust ejects out of his body and covers everyone within a 10 foot radius. After a moment, those of you familiar with the little child voice hears, "Please don't hurt me." Everyone but Tozer and Derendil hears this voice in their heads, some for the first time.
Valthana, if you try to fight while carrying Stool, you will have disadvantage on attacks, and attackers will have advantage on you as you try to shield Stool.
When Stool cries out, Ferriman's head whips around, a confused look on the face. He scans the crowd, and his eyes finally settle on Beegred just behind him. "I...I wasn't going to," the young monk says meekly to his fellow halfling.
Sarith moves out of the cell, and looks through the tower doorway. He casts faerie fire to cover the 2 drow guards (rows 7 and 8 inside the tower), but to avoid anyone else. Both guards do a DEX save vs. DC 11 to avoid being lit up. Sarith will then go somewhere around N-O 6-7, to be out of the way and to see if anything is coming from the P1 area.
Beegred decides to Dash across the bridge while no one is on it. He can get to H8 (or H9, if H8 is too cramped). As a halfling, allies will be able to move through his space without any problems.

Tozer pounces on the drow that just finished casting a spell. He emits a half grunt, half growl as he throws himself into a rage (bonus action) and then drives his right fist toward the drow's midsection...
