I'll meet you halfway. For the purposes of avoiding the DEX save for multiple people on the bridge, I'll say Jimjar can put his feet on the platform and hold on to the support "spike" holding the bridge ropes. But for intents an purposes, he's still at L9, ie: on the bridge. Someone traversing the bridge will have to go through him.
Jimjar flings the familiar feeling darts and strikes the drow in the throat. Imbros clasps hand to throat and struggles to breathe. He looks near death.
Ferriman will lower the battleaxe Valthana had previously asked for, and let it fall next to the javelin (at E9).
(In case I've missed something, there is a quaggoth at N7, the other quaggoth is in the cell, and Imbros is at O5.)
Ront is able to move 60' with his Aggression. He pushes through the other prisoners (rough terrain) to get to Imbros M10 -> O6. Then uses his Action to try to use his Greataxe to split Imbros from neck to crotch. Attack: 24 slashing damage: 10

With a clear path to the drow that have been tormenting him, Ront speeds down the steps (O6) and with a massive jumping downward stroke, cleaves Imbros from neck to crotch.
The quaggoth near the top of the stair (N7) will follow the last orders it was given and attempt to grapple Ront to drag him back to the prison cell.
Quaggoth grapple (athletics) check: 21
Ront makes a STR or DEX save to counter.
In the meantime, Shuushar speaks telepathically to Stool, explaining what is happening is a very calm 'zen' tone.
(Ront does not have athletics or acrobatics, unfortunately.) Ront STR save: 21

The quaggoth and Ront square off, neither gaining advantage.
Topsy yanks out the crossbow bolt and snarls again over the telepathic bond, "Turvy and I can handle the quaggoth, but not if you're nearby. Get in the tower and figure out what you're going to do over there!" She takes a step forward, blocking half of the stair and strikes at the quaggoth trying to grapple Ront.
Short sword Attack: 19 Damage: 6
Turvy steps up to block the stair (N/O8) and attacks the quaggoth that dragged Narstin into the cell.
Short sword Attack: 13 Damage: 3
Both of them land their blows.
Stool responds to Shuushar in a shaky begging tone, "I want to leave."
(Sarith, Beegred, Valthana, Narstin, Eldeth get to act.)
(Waiting on Imgur again to post the combat table and map)
Moving to the doorway (H9) and becoming furious at the sight of Narstin and Derendil behind bars once again, Eldeth takes aim at the quaggoth (located at O9). "Feel the sting o' me arrows, beast!"
Longbow attack 1:17 | Piercing damage, if successful: 7
Longbow attack 2:23 | Piercing damage, if successful: 10
As soon as she releases her second arrow, Eldeth clears the doorway and moves to G10.
Narstin continues to struggle in the Quaggoth's grasp, trying to free himself. If he's successful, he circles the quaggoth to exit the cell again (move to N10)
Beegred: No movement. Crossbow bolt at quaggoth at N7. Attack: 18 Damage: 4
Sarith: (This is complicated, but I need to explain what he is trying to do.)
With the other drow guard falling, whats-his-name (Imbros), Sarith hopes that he can take advantage of the quaggoths being order-obedient and even dumber than the prisoners Sarith is stuck with (post 385). The darkness is dropped. Casts dancing lights to create a humanoid shaped dim light at O1.
Sarith tries to hide his voice (a little like Christian Bale in the Batman movies) and make it sound more like the dead drow guard 10' from him on the floor of the tower. Moves to H9, yells theatrically (in Undercommon), then moves back to F9. "Foolish quaggoths! Three of the prisoners have snuck past you in the darkness. All quaggoths ignore the prisoners near the cell, move back to the north watch area, and don't come back until you have recaptured all three of those prisoners! We drow will take care of the prisoners outside the prison cell."
(Don't know if this is Deception, Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion, but Sarith gets the same CHA mod for all four. Sarith gives a brief prayer to Lolth that this succeeds.) Roll: 17

Eldeth lands two solid hits on the quaggoth facing Topsy.
Narstin is not grapple, and circles around the quaggoth to exit the cell once again. (Still have an action as you did not need to break grapple.)
Sarith moves to the doorway in the guard tower and casts Dancing Lights. Then he orders the quaggoth to chase non-existing prisoners to the north.

Valthana understands Sarith's deception thanks to the telepathic link. She elects to go pick up her battleaxe and return to her position next to the door.
(Whoops. Forgot he released me after getting me in the cell)
As soon as he gets out of the cell and beyond the magical suppression, Narstin spins back around and casts Sacred Flame at the quaggoth that had dragged him back.

Quaggoth DEX saving throw vs DC 13: 3
Narstin launches a radiant attack that hits the quaggoth square in the chest.
The quaggoth at N3 turns to look behind him for escaped prisoners. The humanoid shaped lights confuses him. He pushes past his ally (to N1) and it attempts a grapple, which obviously fails.
Xilyrah, seeing the quaggoths' momentary confusion brought on by Sarith's spell and his Christian Bale-like camouflaged voice (she's momentarily confused, too, wondering how the hell she even knows who Christian Bale is), seizes the opportunity to flee to the tower. Pushing past Jimjar (hopefully?) she traverses the bridge and stops short of the ladder to the armory (E10). Peering up into the armory opening she shouts, "Halfling! HALFLING! Throw down my crossbow and bolts. If you see two daggers and a quarterstaff with four crossed bones on it, send those too! Make haste!"
The chaos of the battle leaves Tozer a bit uncertain about how to continue. Unable to understand Undercommon, the dwarf has no idea what Sarith has said. Not part of the telepathic link shared by the others, he's not heard the pleas of Topsy and Turvy. He looks at the deep slashing wound that's causing blood to pour down his arm...he watches Xilyrah flee across the bridge...he sees that Narstin is free of the quaggoth...he sees Ront looming over the gore of Imbros' dead body...he sees Topsy and Turvy seemingly ready to sacrifice themselves to their foes...
Loathing the notion of running from a fight, Tozer growls in Dwarvish, "Khazd ai binrak mornu!" He then runs angrily across the bridge and into the guard tower.
Tozer will run as far as he can into the tower, hoping to keep the doorway clear for others.

Derendil yells to all of the quaggoth. "Why should quaggoth be servants of Drow? Quaggoth strong, should be own masters! Not need to follow Drow orders, we should leave here and be own masters!"

Quaggoth DEX saving throw vs DC 13: 3

The quaggoth at N3 turns to look behind him for escaped prisoners. The humanoid shaped lights confuses him. He pushes past his ally (to N1) and it attempts a grapple, which obviously fails.
DC 10 Int check to figure it out: 13
The quaggoth speaks haltingly in undercommon to his nearby allies, "Not real. Where two more?"
(Tozer, Xilyrah and Derendil can act.)
‘The hardest thing in this world is to live in it.’ - Buffy Summers
Xilyrah crosses the bridge and enters the guard tower, calling above for her weapons.
(She gets to E8 instead of E10 because the way to E10 is blocked by Sarith and Eldeth.)
The chaos of the battle leaves Tozer a bit uncertain about how to continue. Unable to understand Undercommon, the dwarf has no idea what Sarith has said. Tozer dashes across the bridge, into the tower and ends at F8.
(Derendil's turn).
