Thurnir and Skameros continue to get in each other's way.  Thurnir's attacks fail to do any lasting damage to the petrified forms.  Rodolfo throws a dagger which glances off and away.  Orubis also doesn't hit hard enough to make a difference, but his spiritual hammer does, leaving that petrified drow (@K4) riddled with fissures.

All of the other animated petrified drow continue to face north west, missing their turn.

As Beegred is imbued with the magic of Haste, a loud explosion is heard and mostly felt somewhere nearby, as the air pressure in the cavern briefly spikes.  Hopefully the oozes are being drawn away by the feint so the strike team, now in play, make their way to The Pudding King.

Beegred thanks Rodolfo, although his rushed sputtering of words is barely understandable.

Unleash on K4. (If it goes down, switch to J6.)

Beegred once again jams his short sword into an exposed crack in the form of the petrified drow (@K4, dead), and wrenches it to cause the form to shatter.  The cloudy humanoid form immediately drifts north west and disappears into the cavern wall.

Beegred succeeds in stabbing another petrified drow (@J5) with the magical short sword, causing a visible fissure.  The petrified drow (@H7) snaps out of its reverie and approaches Beegred (to @J6) and attacks twice.

Skameros continues to hold the line, constrained by Thurnir on one side and Beegred on the other.  Without room for his long arms and greataxe to swing freely, Skameros's blows are ineffectual.

Thurnir continues to find battling with the large Bugbear swinging wildly beside him harrowing, and his own blows fail to have an effect on the tough creatures.

Rodolfo puts a hand against the cavern wall to keep on his feet, as he pants heavily from the exertion.

Orubis ducks behind his shield as his spiritual weapon clocks the petrified drow (@K3), leaving it riddled with fissures.

The petrified drow (@K6) moves (to @L5) and attacks Beegred with two slam attacks.

The petrified drow (@K3) makes two slam attacks (disadvantage) against Orubis.

The petrified drow (@J5) moves (to @K4) and makes two slam attacks (disadvantage) against Orubis.

The petrified drow (@M6) moves (to @M2) and makes two slam attacks against Rodolfo.

The petrified drow (@I7) moves (to @M5) and makes two slam attacks against Skameros.

Blurringly fast, Beegred strikes the petrified drow (@K4), destroying it, followed up with another blow on another (@L5).  Even too fast for himself, Beegred misses with the third attack.

The form of Ogremoch's Bane left behind from the defeat of the petrified drow (@K4) floats away towards the North West.  There are now fewer than 6 combatant petrified drow, even though there remains more statues for Ogremoch's Bane to possess.

The still animated drow (@J6) moves (to @K4) and attacks Beegred:

Rodolfo yelps when he sees another dust cloud fly in the wrong direction.

"Stop killing them!"

“Aye yer right, methinks- they’re just floaten off t cause havoc.  Whot should we do tho?  Don’t be seemin like we can set down wit em fer tea!”  The voice of the middle aged dwarf is filled with frustration, while he’s not badly injured, he’s finding it hard to hit the statues in a way that causes lasting damage. 

Skameros is getting frustrated with Thumir getting in his way and recklessly attacks the statue at K4

Throwing caution to the wind, Skameros attacks the petrified drow (@K4), his blade passing a finger's width from Thurnir's face.  The blow slams into the petrified drow, who's form visibly cracks in many places.

The second blow would have clipped Thurnir who deflects it away causing it to also miss the petrified drow.

The cavern walls to the north west seem to shift and ripple, an optical illusion caused by Ogremoch Bane's dusty form swirling along its surface, as it gathers itself to leave in that direction.   (This is just flavor to reinforce what I wrote in the OOC thread.  As long as you continue to engage the petrified drow here in this cavern, it is not possessing the elementals fighting the sea of oozes.)

(@ArgentTheWise:  Once you have posted rolls, you can't change them.  All you can do is edit the post to add more rolls at the end.  You could have rolled another d20 + mods and told me it was to give advantage to your second attack)

Thurnir and Skameros, working in concert at last, destroy the petrified drow (@K4).  As before, Ogremoch's Bane wisps away toward the north west, choosing to not possess another drow statue.
