Velon will keep the others moving not far behind the stealthier folk, he just wants to be several dozen feet back or so such that his armor and general clumsiness does not give the party away too easily.
Cratol heading with the stealth party trips over his own feet and falls through a door along the way crashing heavily upon the floor and now splintered door that sounded very loud in the quiet.
Mari stealth: ugh oh, I don't see a sheet for Mari
Velon is further back so as not to spoil things for the stealth crew, and potentially still invisible, also using the silence stone when he moves, then stopping for a second to listen, rinse, repeat: 9
Lawrance, still sustaining the invisibility around most of the group, wonders why there is so much noise nearby.

“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
As the group stumbles and bangs around, a few duergar come walking around a corner, looking for the source of the noise. A few moments before they spot those in the group that are still invisible, Zz'Pzora appears out of nowhere, slamming one into the ground with a paw, and slashing the other's throat with a wing talon. If no one moves to intervene, she'll kill the one under her paw as well before moving on. "Get your act together, I want to at least try to see our real prey before they hear of us. A complete ambush might not be doable, but at this rate we'll have an army in here getting in the way."
The group proceeds down the servant's hallway, occasionally having some maneuvering issues with a dragon in the same narrow space as the others. It takes a little searching, but you eventually find some stairs heading downward. Its quite dark down below. Proceeding down the stairs, you find yourself in a fairly large hall with two other staircases going back up. To your right is a simple door which shows signs of very frequent use, the left has an iron bound door with what looks like an elaborate lock. Ahead are a pair of ornate double doors.
"I say the path least traveled may be our way but I will let those that know more of where we may be going lead the way still. Besides I seem a bit noisy today."
Lawrance asks Mari "In your professional opinion, would those iron bound doors be a likely place to hold important artifacts?"

Nodding, then realizing being invisible hampers that being seen, Lawrance says "Could you see if you can get it open safely and let's check it out?"

Mari moves up and starts tinkering with the door. It takes a few seconds, but eventually she is able to, very slowly, creak it open.
The room beyond looks like it was once a guard room and warden office. But it is empty at the moment. A room ahead is open and easy to see into, just some old barracks. Two passages lie to the left and right. If Velon has his bearings right, the right passage is at least mostly in the right direction for the Locate Object reading he got earlier. Someone can be heard screaming in apparent agony off to the left.
Velon winces with regret but nods to Mari and the others to go right. Privately he debates, but decides that if they are to help any unfortunate souls destined to have their brains eaten soon the best bet is still to take out the brain before the entire city is brought down upon them.
Whispering to the rest of the group "This can't go on, but we need to literally destroy the brain of this snake #Sorry, Gamliel, not you# before we can worry about it's poor victims, yes?"

The group heads right. Lawrance trips over something, but fortunately others catch him and they move on. The stench down here starts to get unbelievably bad, its enough to make you gag.
Mari cautiously peers around a corner, spotting a large vault door. Unfortunately in between it and the group sit a fair number of creatures, apparently standing guard. About a dozen humanoid reptilian creatures, with long claws and big jaws. In each case, a pair of spiked tentacles protrude from their backs, twitching in the air occasionally.
Once it's reported what is up ahead, Lawrance offers "It's a perfect little killing zone for my Sickening Radiance spell. They can't easily leave- I hope- and if we bottle them up at the corridor, they're doomed!"he says confidently.

Velon too nods towards the heavily secured doors, hoping some of the more talented folk may have a way to open it without triggering traps or spells.
Aiding Mari as best he can, with anecdotes, magic and vision, Lawrance let's her ply her skills on the door.
