(The other thing that could have a large effect on the eventual outome is if we'd still be initiative order from the fight with the tarrasque. We basically started with barosh's meteor swarm, but if we'd gone straight into it from initiative order, Gilra killed the tarrasque right after Barosh's turn, so everyone besides those 2 would have gotten to go before barosh :P

(Yeah tell Raze about that half damage. You just hit me for 147 damage basically by using 3 crossbow bolts and a 5th level spell slot, so who's the real threat here? I'm all out of 9th level spells, but you can still do lots more sustained damage.
As for initiative, if Barosh had taken that hit from Ileanys before meteor swarm, he would've booked it out of there if he failed to charm everybody, and then hit you all with meteor swarm from a mile away)

(Only 1 pactslot left, and no AOE for me. And you couldn't meteor swarm from a mile away because it requires points you can see, and we're in a cave that I doubt lets you gte a mile away and keep line of sight. And it would have left actions for other people as well, that may or may not have changed things. You could have done the same dimension door trick to jump 500 feet way the first round of combat if I'd hit you before instead of after your turn, but then wouldn't have been able to meteor swarm that same round, which makes a big difference on everyone's health for that round)

Archy and Ileanys were the most effected, Archy is almost dead, but Ileanys is at half, whereas Ileanys took Barosh down to 35 in a single turn. (Sure, but you can do that 1 more time, and even without the eldritch smite you still do over 100 damage, so I'd say it's even)
