A specter rises from the stones at H14, flinching at the bright light in the arena. It goes for (1 for Ganathor, 2 for Scarab, 3 for Runthiel 1)
Attack: 6 Damage: 16 Necrotic. On a hit, succeed on a DC 10 Con save or have your HP max reduced by the damage dealt.
