When Scupper is up, he's using the advantage from being hidden and the bardic inspiration to throw a dagger just between the corner and captain in order to sneak attack that mage.
Thwack! Fighter B takes a quarterstaff to the back of the neck as he runs from Strix.
The staff swings again, this time at the Captain, but Strix's grip on the weapon is not as sure as he thought; he fumbles and has to snatch the quarterstaff mid-air to stop it falling to the ground.
On to the mage:
CON save: 13
The first attack hits, and the mage is stunned. Second attack is already a critical though. :)
(I assume that for Varinth, the first 'tooltip not found' is Shield? Varinth can definitely cast that and avoid the damage from the leader's attack, but he then does not have a reaction to use to take the Opportunity Attack.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Still screaming from the acid on his face Vaz scambles a diamond out of his little pouch and turns it into a roiling ball of flames that he lobs over the heads of all those in front of him and at the mage.
This is followed immediately by the two powerful flail swings from the leader, also aimed at Varinth:
Attack: 17 Damage: 5 Attack: 24 Damage: 5
At least one of the attacks gets through. (Please update Varinth's character sheet, confirm if you're using shield, and let me know if Varinth is down. I have him on 1 HP if you're using shield.)
Having managed to stay hidden in the chaos, Scupper moves toward the captain and leaps with his boots to gain height (watching out for the ceiling) and throwing a sneak attack dagger over his shoulder at the mage. Then hopefully rebounding off the corner wall with acrobatic grace and landing between Captain and Vaz.

The dagger slices past the mage's neck, drawing a spurt of blood but not sticking. He's on his last legs.
Unfortunately, Scupper's acrobatic maneuver doesn't go too well; Scupper, you manage to avoid fall damage but you land prone on the ground next to the Captain.
Fighter B has recovered from the magic that made him flee and returns, looking part angry but part scared at what has just happened to him. He attacks the first enemy he sees, which is Strix:
(is the mage not stunned till the end of Strix's next turn?)
Yes he is, and I even noted it down with highlighter, but managed to overlook it. So, mage is stunned and did not move. But it wears off when his turn ends, so he's not stunned now. Correction, it wears off at the end of Strix's next turn, so he is currently stunned.
If possible Varinth will cast [Tooltip Not Found] from his staff as a reaction to the attack from the Leader. This gives him a +5 to AC.
Vaz screams as the acid hits him in the face and wildly throws a [Tooltip Not Found] at Fighter B as he tries to run
Attack: 18 Damage: 6

Dekhan is up.

OOC: Understood. Vaz will avoid the damage and forego the opportunity attack.
Dekhan makes his two attacks on the leader of this bandit gang:
Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Attack: 13 Damage: 11
The first strike glances off his armour, the second is more of a stab and it pierces the man's defences and draws blood.
Another fighter enters the room and charges at the nearest opponent, Strix:
Attack: 25 Damage: 14
Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Attack: 22 Damage: 7
With his lightning reflexes, Strix deflects two attacks but takes a single small hit.
Varinth is up. At the start of your turn, you take 5 acid damage.

Still screaming from the acid on his face Vaz scambles a diamond out of his little pouch and turns it into a roiling ball of flames that he lobs over the heads of all those in front of him and at the mage.
Chromatic Orb Attack: 10 Damage (3rd Lvl): 22
Wild Check: 9
Unfortunately, it flies over the head of the mage as well to impact harmlessly on the wall opposite.
Round Four
Captain and Leader
Scupper
Fighter B and Mage
Strix, Dekhan and Incantis
Fighter A
Varinth
The captain's scimitar and dagger strike again towards Varinth:
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Attack: 8 Damage: 6
Attack: 7 Damage: 5
Will Varinth Shield again?

Bardic Inspiration 4
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Sneak attack 11
Acrobatics 7
So 19 to hit the mage for 18 damage before completely blowing my acrobatics and landing who knows where

Slash, slash, stab, but only the dagger finds shifter flesh.
The mage is badly wounded; he disengages and runs to the east, down the stairs and out of view.

Strix, Dekhan and Incantis are up.
"ow...me aching ego."
Yes Vaz uses [spell[Sheild[/spell] as much as he can.
Realising he is about to die he plays dead.
