I'm going to move for Belialuin. Belialuin waits until the Minotaur is just past the choke point after the column and casts mold earth to pull a 5' chunk out of the ceiling and drop it on it's head.

The Minotaur pretty much makes no move to avoid the rock and it comes crashing down on it's head causing 8 DMG (vulnerable to bludgeoning)

Zarbof will jump out at the minotaur, grinning and emitting a low growl that almost sounds like the purring of a cat enjoying a lazy bask in the sun. He swings his axe at the minotaur's skeletal face:
Zarbof comes out from around the corner with his axe swinging just after the big rock drops on the minotaurs head. Both his swings land solidly chipping off pieces of bone as he growls. His hits causing another 20 dmg to the Minotaur.
Actually, can I also use my bonus action to use my Second Wind ability to regain 8 HP? Activating action surge isn't a bonus action, right? It's just a once per short rest special ability.

Thorum lines up with the hunters mark and sinks an arrow into the Minotaurs rib cage. You hear it rattle around inside it for a moment before falling to the floor causing 11 dmg
(50/50 of it attacking Roger or Zarbof, Under 50, Roger : 82)
Just as the Minotaur is about to swing at Roger his axe which was dragging on the floor catches on a piece of cracked rock and as he tries to lift it to strike it almost falls out of his hand. He barely maintains his grip.
That will bring us back to Wormsquirt at the top of the order
Wormsquirt comes out of hiding and attacks the Minotaur with ferocity landing both hits. After the first hit the Minotaur drops to it's knees putting it in perfect position for Wormsquirt to FINISH IT OFF with a blow to it's head shattering it's skull.
The only way forward is through where the minotaur came from, right? If so, Zarbof will cautiously walk towards the opening, exploring but keeping eyes and ears out for further trouble.
(Anyone else feel free to explore this bit of cavern if you want, I'm not trying to push us on ahead, just taking a look for now, to uncover some new map)

Gotcha! Belailuin is up then. I just moved people on the map to spots that seemed to make sense. If anyone wants to be somewhere else let me know.
