(Just saw you critted - we'll say he's tentatively trusting of Usul, but I really like the idea of the slow build to the dogs being trusting, so he'll still keep Usul at a distance for now. I don't think he's going to obey anyone else though).

While the boys are looking for the stand they came for, Aria is looking around for any stand or shop that may carry any rarities or potions. She scans the marketplace and gets on her toes to look over the much taller Gatt to see what she can gather about this marketplace.

Investigation: 18

There isn't much here in terms of rarities - any kind of magic weapons or items would be sold in more secure places.

There are potion vendors of various quality and trustworthiness spread throughout the market, though the chances of finding anything truly valuable here aren't great. Aria sees a couple with some potions on display in front of their stands - and another tucked off in a corner that says "free samples". 

I'm going to go take a look around guys. 

Aria will make her way over to the stands with the potions on display. What does she find??

Usul will stick with the kids and even throw in 12 copper for some extra meaty bones.

Ah. And some extra just bones for the dogs to chew on.

Alexandra will ask around about Myrtle's shop and the tailor's too.

Crush will stay close to the boys, leaning hard on any objects he thinks can support his weight when they are not looking and snapping back to his feet anytime someone looks his direction..

Sen will stick around Crush but try not to look at him too much, since it makes him stand up every time he does.  He looks around the area for anything that might be dangerous:  Perception: 18

Veryes also being concerned for her buddy Crush will stick close to him and keep her out for anything suspicious or that may cause trouble.

No one sees anything that looks like a clear and immediate danger.

Usul is able to procure some good soupbones and food for the boys, and some bones for the dogs. They're pretty happy, but they're also in a hurry to get home and start looking for Anna. They're going to be tough to control. 

Alexandra finds some people who know about Myrtle's shop, but they all have negative things to say about it - the clothing and fabrics they have for sale are much better quality for much lower price, don't you know, and all of her magic items are just smoke and mirrors and junk and unreliable, you should buy from their stands and not her shop.

Aria surveys the potion stand - there are potions of every color of the rainbow, in different sizes. The man working the stand asks Aria if she's looking for anything in particular?

Well good sir... a potion of healing or 2 or 3 would be of great interest to me and my frien...err.. associat.... companions. Would that be something you have on hand? 

He says, "Hmm.. Healing? I think so..." he picks up a few bottles and considers them, looks back at his stock, back at the display, and says, "Yeah, I've got healing for you. You want to take some Giant Strength, too?"

I uh....   She looks back and around the market to her "companions" and then looks back to the man and says...  I don't see why not.

"Hey kids. Here's some good meaty bones for ya. I'm sure your mom will be happy. Go home ((or are we taking them?)), enjoy your soup, and let us find Anna. It's a dangerous city, and we have a group. If you wanna help, and learn anything, come to the Hostel ((name?? Sorry.. forgot, and on mobile so can't easily check)) and leave word for us" Usul will tell them as he hands over the meat.

Ooc: I think we're taking them home. Finding anything we can from them about Anna before we head to Myrtle's will probably help. Perhaps we can convince the parents to let us get a short rest for Crush in too for saving them.p
