Timber wanders up to the bears, his eyes open with wonder. He then looks up at the bronze disc and surrounding corpses, trying to detect any signs of lingering magic.
Arcana: 23
Right now you can only see into the room from behind the glass. You aren't in that room at this time.
Keyleth nods, and leads the way, moving quietly ahead. After a moment she turns and points back at the window, "You're safe for now, but I'm coming back for you..."
Kirinar readjusts his grip on the metal shield and his magical weapon, on the ready for an imminent attack! At least, in his mind, he felt sure that something was just around the corner ready to try and ambush them...
Moving east down the corridor Keyleth reaches the end before the others.
A grand chamber opens ahead, fifty feet across and plunging down into darkness below. A stone balcony winds around the walls to connect four archways. Other balcony levels are visible below, with corridors radiating off in all directions. To the north, a stone staircase descends to the lower levels.
Keyleth:
A hunched figure glares up at you from the balcony below, wearing a mask that is a replica of the devil face at the tomb entrance. Without saying a word, the figure steps out of sight.
OoC: Sorry all, I completely missed the last post somehow.
"There's something... someone?... down there," Keyleth whispers to the others. "Let's proceed on our guards," she follows up. "There's some sort of magical darkness obscuring the bottom as well."
She then begins moving silently along the balcony, turning to the left (north) and keeping a defensive and alert stance.
The stone staircase on the north side descends to down. Keyleth's darkvison can tell that there are multiple levels down with a balcony that surrounds each level. Ahead to the north the passage turns left up ahead.
Kirinar whispers, "Should we clear out this level before descending to the next one? That way, if we have to make a hasty retreat, we should have a relatively clear path..."
As you head around the corner and down the corridor you see at the far end of a room a rusting statue of a knight stands at the west end of this hall, gripping a large iron shield. Shards and flakes of rusted metal cover the floor around the statue’s feet.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dr A looks up from a particularly interesting piece of carving and sees the statue 26 and not noticing anything of much interest goes back to trying to decipher the carving.
Kirinar isn't paying attention, or simply doesn't make the connection in his mind, but the rest of you (except Timber) notice that as you approach the room the metal armor you wear or the metal weapons in your hands seem to be tugged or pulled into the room. You are able to hold them but the feeling is certainly there.
Kirinar, however, unprepared for the sudden tugging feeling from his armor must roll a Str (Athletics) check at disadvantage and a Dex (acrobatics) normal roll.

Keyleth reports what she sees to the party... "So... do we break this window? Or try something else? Any thoughts?"

Anton Chergoba | Human | Battlemaster 4 | Lost Mines of Phandelver (AC 20; PP 14; 36/36 HP)
"Maybe we should check this other passage before breaking anything." Kirinar says, looking east.
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
OOC: My apologies
Timber nods in agreement, "Passage sounds good."
“Agreed.”
Keyleth nods, and leads the way, moving quietly ahead. After a moment she turns and points back at the window, "You're safe for now, but I'm coming back for you..."

Timber nods, "Yes I think that would be the smart thing. Last thing we want is to be cornered."
“Agreed. Shall we continue down this hallway?” Ransyl motions ahead.
As you head around the corner and down the corridor you see at the far end of a room a rusting statue of a knight stands at the west end of this hall, gripping a large iron shield. Shards and flakes of rusted metal cover the floor around the statue’s feet.
Everyone but Timber give me a perception roll.
Kirinar Perception: 4

Perception (rolling at advantage due to eyes of the eagle assuming it is sight based?): 25
Edit: First roll was the higher, so 25 either way
