Shaking off his rough intro Syn takes a breath listens to the others rhythm and pulls the bow across the strings once more. At the same time he steps closer to the edge of the stage and starts singing.
“I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand Walking through the streets of SoHo in the rain He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fook's Gonna get a big dish of beef chow mein”
Syn shifts his appearance, but only from the waist up. He is suddenly covered with fur and has a wolf's head. Throwning back his head he goes into the chorus.
The guards only give a cursory look at the carriage and as Syn starts singing they get distracted and start listening. Dox is not found on top of the carriage as he continues playing.
Everyone is playing very well and the crowd is loving the music and the light show. Even though Syn didn't come out so strong once the singing starts...
Give me a performance check Syn with advantage for a great song :)
Syn starts singing and the audience is immediately captivated by its relevancy. Once you hit the chorus you can hear people starting to sing along. By the second chorus everyone is howling.
In the middle of the song you can all see a giant orange full moon just coming up on the horizon.
Dox: You feel someone brush against you on to of the carriage and hear a small exhale of breath.
Mat: With your passive perception you sense someone sneaking up the side of the stage from behind you guys. You catch a glimpse of someone all in black off to your right.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dox: On top of the carriage you start smelling oil and see the top of the carriage getting wet. Just as you feel the carriage shift a bit as if someone has jumped off it.
Mat: You see the guy on the side of the stage casting
While you're all playing just after the crowd let's out a big howl following along with the song you see a firebolt come flying from the side of the stage and slamming into the carriage. The carriage burst into flames. Much more violently than just the firebolt can account for.
Dox being on top of the carriage you're caught in the flames taking indirect fire damage as the oil ignites under your feet. You'll take 1/2 of 4 as you become visible.
(Understood. I was kind of wanting to do it ad a surprise action like he was playing one minute and then on them the next. He was ready to change as soon as they moved is what I was trying to get across before he casted.)

Dox keeps playing. If he's about to be discovered he will drop invisibility and keep going.
Mateu will still focus on playing his lute, begining to prepare for the singing parts of the song.

(Would I have had time to go after him first? I did say I was going to go bear if he moved.)
(No roll to maintain concentration after the damage? )
(Mat, yes you can do that. You did say you changed if he did anything that's why I rolled initiative but all good, you can go bear.
Dox: Sorry, yeah you can roll concentration. I thought it dropped with damage but I was mistaken :)
