(Dox, we were posting at the same time. Yes you are still invisible and I'll apply the action after Mat's turn. LOL on the behind the screen forces :) I try not to do that to often, although sometimes it's necessary :)
Syn, you can apply sneak attack. It's a big stage but not that big. I'd say there's someone within range for that.
Since Mat was unable do anything to stop the suspicious figure quickly he is going to decide this is a problem for the Lord's guard, using his action to disengage and then flee from the stage.
(Yep not his problem! Let the crazy Lord who is probably like his father burn!!!!)
Ringo, you can't hear screams but with the extra damage from Syn that is just enough to put the sneaky guy to sleep. The shadowy figures falls to the floor.
Syn, you can just make out the sound of two females screaming from within the carriage.
After the figure falls a group of stage hands pile onto the sleeping guy and get him tied up.
Hmm. So I guess we're technically out of initiative.
Dox knows that there's someone else out there, possibly one of the guards, but nobody knows where he is.
Somehow 4 of the guards have kept the horses from bolting as the carriage door is kicked open from inside.
From somewhere, maybe someone helpful in the crowd, starts creating water in an attempt to douse the flames. Unfortunately much of the oil floats burning on top of the water as it hits the ground and the flames start spreading in a pool around the carriage.
To his friends "theres another one out there, maybe invisible" Dox will begin pushing through the crowd in an attempt to get to the carriage and get the occupant(s) out.
Syn still in Werewolf form answers back. "Tell me where and I can light him up for us!" Then bellows at the top of their lungs. "STOP WITH THE DAMN WATER YOU'RE MAKING IT WORSE!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The crowd has now realized this isn't part of the show as the fire spreads out from the carriage. 13 people in the immediate vicinity panic and start trying to push their way away from the fire. Most of them are pushing away from the stage also leaving a pretty clear path to the carriage.
The guards manage to get the horses cut free of the carriage as they start to buck and try to bolt.
The fire has spread out 11 feet out around the carriage at this point. Dox you could easily jump it but the carriage itself is burning so you'd take damage trying to jump on/into it. Unless you got like a crazy high athletic or acrobatic roll to make it right into the door.
RIngo: After casting you can see that there is an invisible person lying underneath the carriage with 2 short blades drawn laying in wait.
Syn: You yell out for the water to stop and it does, but then you see the flames jump (or get pushed) out another 5' toward the stage. The flames are now lapping at the edge of the stage.
Syn
Spinning toward the source of the fire bolt Syn looses a bolt from the crossbow attached to the back of his arm. Then plays a quick song to Mateu.
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
(1d6 inspiration to Mateu with the song below)

(Not sure if anyone is close enough to apply sneak attack)
That just hits Syn. You're bolt flies into the man in black causing 4 dmg. The stage hands seeing you fire on someone start shouting out. 19 15
Everyone can also now see the carriage on fire.
Dox, on top of the carriage you can hear two female screams.
The crowd hasn't reacted yet. They are still not sure if it's part of the show.
Half of the stage crew is totally confused and has no idea what to do. Fortunately the Elf stage manager starts barking out orders:
Stage crew initiative: 16

((Question about what Ringo is aware of? He sees a firebolt slam into a carriage. He sees Syn shoot someone? He hears screams from the carriage?))
(I'm not sure you'd hear the screams over the crowd. You can roll a perception to see if you'd hear if you like. All the rest of it, Yes)

As soon as he hears Dox, Ringo will see invisibility and make his way to the carriage and look for the other assassin.

He throws hex on the assassin, targeting his Dex.
