OOC: You stated we could make Str checks to remove individual stirges, then attacks on restrained creatures to crush them. I was wondering if I could make multiple Str checks to target multiple stirges in one turn using FoB?
OOC: FoB are punch attacks not multiple grabs with STR checks, and restrained attacks. STR check 1 action, attack on restrained stirge is another action. I'm going to say you can't FoB yourself. S1 only has

Kat frowns and hits a button on her horn, causing a peal of sound to erupt out from it. (thunderclap, anyone within 5 ft needs to make a DC 12 Con ST or take 1 thunder damage).

Caerlan mutters to himself as he looks around, seeing Kat he gasps and rushes over "Guys we need to help her, Necey, um horse-Necey - do you have any healing magic?" Even while he says this he searches through his kit for his healing potion, ready to use it on the other gnome if Necey can't help.

Wiping his own blood and stirge parts from his sword, Golver would place the weapon back in its sheath on his hip. "Well that was fun... Damn blood suckers" The dragonborn would grumble as he roots through his bag and pulls out a pair of healing potions. Anyone need one of these? I am feeling pretty good still considering what we just went through" Golver would say with a smile as he holds out the potions in his hand. After providing the potions to anyone that wanted one, Golver would reach into his bag and pull out the spell scroll they had received when they arrived to their bedrooms the first night. "You guy can have this mage armor thing if you want as well... Just in case we get attacked again before we can rest." The dragonborn would say tossing on to the floor between his companions. "With my armor and natural dragonborn defenses... I think it would be best if one of you have it" He would say with a grin.
(Golver is going to burn his sorcery points to regain a 1st level spell slot)

"One functional mobile medic! So I'm good to go towards the light!"
OOC: Still not sure where Kat's hp was, is she now at 6 because she got knocked out, or 11 because we went with the math I put up in the PM thread?

As the party approaches Golver and Necey have a hard time in the dark. Following their gnomish companions in the lead as they approach the light they find its a lantern on a boat in the middle of a vast underground lake oddly the same size as the one outside surrounding the school. The lantern bobs in the boat that looks leaky but with a certain amount of bailing, buckets provided, it's seaworthy. There is another boat however unlit that's been pulled on shore and flipped over. The water is calm.
Perception checks the gnomes. Golver and Necey disadvantage for seeing at a distance across the water.
