The ray of frost flies through the man's body as if he wasn't even there. He looks up annoyed to see a Minotaur and a half-elf in his workshop. "Well, this is unfortunate." The goblins stop grinding the crystals and look up to where the man looks. His eyes move back and forth, as do the blue goblins. As if in the same motion. "Have you come to be apart of the great work, or are you just trespassers?"

Sylrie, seeing Kash's actions, is startled. Though the spell seemed to have no effect on the man with the headdress. "Actually, we are interested in the Great Work" Sylrie said quickly, trying to think on his feet. He glanced to Kash, "Unless it's manual labor, this one's not real keen on manual labor" Sylrie made sure he was speaking at a tone that others would be able to hear. 

Kora is super annoyed that Kash broke ranks and barged into the room, but she holds her position outside, and listens. She motions to the others to hold, too.

Aria watches Kash and Sylrie go in and nods at Kora's motion, going quiet and stroking Sivi's head to keep him calm and quiet while she listens to what's being said.

Y...Yes! While I am not fond of it, I can lift many heavy things. And I have access to lots of healing magic. John says, looking back at Sylrie and smiling. we’ve heard about the ‘Great Work’ from some dragonborns, and feel it would be great to make a difference.

The goblins all stand up as one and look at Johnathan, that haze over their eyes like the Dragonborn that came before.

Well, Kora curses fluidly in her head as Johnothon breaks ranks and enters the room. Sylrie probably hears it in his head, followed by << We're all coming in >>

"Let's go, Greywind," she says, and enters the room (I assume next round), indicating the rest should follow.

(Wait, we weren’t all already in the room? O.O)

"You don't even know what you're up against, boy!" The man says with some disdain. "And skilled, hardly. You've barely left your mother's swaddle from what I can tell. And there are more of you, I can sense her in your head." He points to Sylrie. "One of THEM. How very interesting. And yet, boring. Why hide, kalashtar? You have nothing to fear of The Dark, it welcomes you with open arms."

Kash and John, you notice that these goblins have the same milky red look in their eyes as did the Dragonborn. This man seems to be in control of them, from the way he moves to the way they move. 

"For the Dark, for the Dark. Our lives for the Dark." The goblins murmur softly.
