”That sounds like a good idea. Renaer, can you take care of Floon for now?” Then after he gets a yes from Renaer, he walks northward and turns the corner.
Floon's burns heal over as Alton speaks arcane words of healing; his eyes open suddenly. "Am I dead? Is this the afterlife?" Floon asks, unsure. "I'm afraid not, old friend," answers Renaer. He helps Floon to his feet. Upon learning what had happened, Floon embraces the party in turn, giving extra strong hugs to Dwaye and Deryus for beating down the wizard and Alton for healing his wounds. "Volo has found some wonderful heroes! I won't be returning to the Skewered Dragon any time soon, for certain!"
Renear answers in the affirmative that he will protect Floon.

On the half-orc's unconscious body is a spellbook; it is probably valuable although none of you have the means to decipher it I believe.
Tucked behind the stone chair is a small, unlocked wooden chest containing two potions of healing, 16 gp, 82 sp, and 250 cp.
Before leaving, you should probably decide among yourselves what to do about the unconscious Grum'shar, if anything.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sorry, Soar also jumped immediately to Floon after combat ended to heal him 3 points with lay on hands.
She will also look around (perception/investigation 6) for any secret doors/windows, anything else that's hidden in the room.
She turns to the target of their quest. "Floon, my name is Soar, your friendly neighborhood doomguide. It's really nice to meet you, and to see that you're okay! Volo personally asked us... well, some of us? Maybe just me actually. Hmm. Anyway, he tasked me to find you and bring you back alive. We were able to rescue Renaer from the other hideout by a happy accident, which was grand. Let's get you to safety. Before we go, what do you think we should do with the half-orc who was torturing you?
"We could leave him behind but he'll be angry and able to remember who we are to take revenge. We could bring him up to the surface to turn him into the authorities to face justice. I'm happy to help carry him if someone strong can take the other half after we bind his hands."
Floon has no love for the half-orc wizard; he wishes to see him dead, but will go along with bringing him to the authorities, especially if you can convince him that he will in fact face justice.
Erik and Dwaye's explorations reveal mostly empty sleeping quarters (Q10), but Dwaye does find a hatch that seems to lead to a passageway under the waterway you came through (Q8).
After finding nothing of value in the sleeping quarters Erik returns to the throne room. "Oh yes, the orc. Let's tie him up good and gag him as well. Spellcasters and their magic words..." Erik find his rope and tie up the orc mage. He will help Soar to carry the prisoner out of here.
"Floon do you think this is anything more than this gangs fighting over this stone, and one of them accidentally thinking you were Renaer and taking you down here? I'm still having trouble keeping these two groups straight, but I think I get what's going on. Oh, and there's a group of kenku from this gang tied up in the place we found Renaer we might want to sort out. The watch may or may not have heard my accusations shouted into the night air. Might as well add this wizard torturer to their soon-to-be detainees."
"As soon as we get you out of these sewers and the bad guys into custody, I would love to buy you a drink at the Yawning Portal. Volo might even still be there!"
“What is in that passageway?” Alton asks, and makes his way over to the northern room. “I realize we have finished our mission, but is it worth just taking a look?”
The halfling still has detect magic active, and looks around for auras or sources in the area. “Remember what I said before. About monsters, and worse?”

"Please let me be the one to buy drinks, I insist!" Floon smiles warmly. "I am sadly in the dark about these gangs' motives, or what they meant when they threatened me to tell them where the stone was..."
Alton doesn't sense anything magical about the passageway.
Dwaye walks back from around the corner ”Nothing much there, but I did find a tunnel, I don't know where it leads though...” Dwaye says as he walks over to the south, peering into the chest when he gets to the chair ”Hey guys, there’s some money in here, we should split it up evenly” Dwaye says as he drags the chest (If he can) over to the center of the room, he then counts the number of people in the party, then gives an even amount of money to everyone in the party (Not including Renaer and Floon)
“Some spells in that book might be useful. I can hold it in the event there is something I can cast from it.” He turns the book over in his hands, and then flips through the pages carefully. “The priests at the house of wonder have been training me for some time now.”

(There are six of you if I'm counting correctly so you can't divide that amount evenly, you might want to give each of you 2 gold, 13 silver and 41 copper, and keep the remainder as party funds?)
[Just did the math, if we switch some gold into silver and copper, and some silver into copper, we can each get 4 GP, 4 SP, and 5 CP. So once we get into town and can exchange some coins for other coins, we can split it exactly evenly]
((Man, you suffer from being in the wrong timezone. So much passes when I'm asleep. Still, I'm carrying on for now..))
Reynard blinks and looks around him. Did I just fall asleep, he wonders to himself, blinking again. He was starting to worry; these lapses of focus were becoming more frequent. Perhaps it was the stress of the situation? He was sure there was a mind flayer here a moment ago - did it just walk off?
He looked at the group who were distributing some coins between them and were offering him his share. "Thanks, but I'll pass. I'm really not in this for the money. I just came to see that everyone was alright." Reynard frowns and thinks hard. "Is anyone else interested in what is going on here? We have Zents and the thugs of Xanather's Guild at war over something. A mind flayer who was after something. I must admit I need to get this straight in my head. Is there something going on that the authorities need to know about, or is this just a meaningless gang-war?"
(The party has been considering investigating the tunnel at (Q8), would you like to be the first one to go check it out? I'd like to let you get at least some of the fun of exploration.)

Soar says, "well, if no one minds, I'd be happy to grab one of the healing potions. But Floon may need it more than I!"
"I am quite well, thanks to you and the bard; as adventurers I assume you will need it sooner or later, in any case, so please help yourselves."

(I don't know what the rules are for a bard using a wizard's spellbook, if they even can, but we can cross that bridge before we burn it.)
Grum'shar's spellbook contains the following spells: burning hands, disguise self, false life, shield, unseen servant, and witch bolt.
[How much money does each of us get?]
