Both Flint and Gwyyn get close to the animals. The city scent coming from the woman is unfamiliar, and they certainly don't understand Flint, but food is an universal language.
Teeth still bared, the closest wolf approaches the rations slowly, not averting its eyes from the Dwarf. Flint retreats from the chamber, one hand ushering Gwyyn backwards and the other one with the palm facing the animals, trying to appear as harmless as possible.
After a few tense moments, the animal starts attacking the rations. Flint gathers that it must have been pretty hungry. The other wolves seem hungy as well and are a little bit more relaxed now that their leader is eating and the focus has been driven away from an imminent fight. Flint walks past the wolf and gives the other two a few chunks of dried meat. They certainly appreciate it.
It seems like the fight is over before it even started.
Once everyone is through, Flint will try and remove the iron rods holding the chains, throwing some more rations towards the enterence. (marking off 2 days rations)
The iron rod is firmly secured to the base of the stalagmite. Flint can attempt a DC 15 Strength check to loosen the rod, and then another one with DC 10 to yank the rod loose, bending it so that the chains are freed.
The leader snaps angrily if a character other than Flint tries to enter the chamber.
Gwyyn will wait to see if Flint is able to remove the rods. She wants to see if there is anything in this chamber that the wolves might be guarding or is it just a place for the goblins to kennel them.
"Leave them. If we live we can work together to free the beasts, but right now it is too risky to continue trying. Come along, come along." Sylric trails off as he shuffles onward into the cave.
Leaving the wolves to their food, the group resumes its way deeper into the cave. Flint's attempt at freeing the animals is concerning, strength is clearly not his forte. When it comes to handling beasts though, he is unrivaled.
In the shadows of the ceiling to the north, Avier can see a rickety bridge of wood and rope crossing over the passage ahead of the group. Another passage intersects this one, twenty feet above the floor. The cavern walls here are rough but slick with spray.
Cormac's cave-dwelling Dwarvish eyes notice the back of a goblin on the rickety bridge, dashing at full speed from Northwest to Southeast. He also manages to see a heart tattoo on the creature's right arm, and what seem to be dry feces on its armor. Sylric notices no more than what he had previously noticed, a passage on the west side of the stream: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1R33epg5VIVx-YyWNYUDCH4F3tlOieJ_c
Cormac will hold a hand up to stop the others, pointing the bridge where he saw the goblin. "Saw one of em running in the bridge. I ain't sure ifin it saw us."
Avier moves towards the western passage, speaking quietly to the group, "Let's explore this quickly, if the goblins left anything nasty in here I don't want to have it behind us regardless of if that one noticed us or not."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Avier waddles across the stream and starts going up the passage, which is choked with rubble and has two steep escarpments with a ledge between them. The terrain is difficult to traverse, and when he makes it to the ledge a few rocks go tumbling down. Half a second later, the half-elf, his weighty equipment (including a 55 lb chain mail!), and the whole mass below him go down.
He perceives that the ledge won't hold a lot of weight; a few seconds too late.
Avier must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8 bludgeoning damage on a failure, or 5 points of damage on a success. On a failed save, he also falls prone.

Avier gives Cormac a sly smile, "See? Patience is a virtue, my friend. No commotion made, so let's continue on our way."
He'll get his shield and morningstar back up and continue deeper into the cave.
Gwyyn will wait to see if Flint is able to remove the rods. She wants to see if there is anything in this chamber that the wolves might be guarding or is it just a place for the goblins to kennel them.
Sylric shuffles past the opening muttering his thanks to Flint and Gwynn for the elegant and silent solution.

"Can someone help? I can't get a grip."

Cormac will step around as he would rather not deal with the wolves as either way they are still some beasts.
Avier peers into the chamber, stepping back as the wolves growl at him.
"I'd give you a hand, but..." he trails off as he gestures towards the wolves.

Flint will apologise to the wolves as he leaves, and heads with the others towards the 4

Gwyyn will follow the others, moving to the rear as planned.

I need a Perception check from everyone.
Sylric's eyes widen in concentration.

I no longer need Perception checks.
