IC: Elora breaks the arrow shaft in her arm and shouts "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT!"
She draws another Dart and throws it at the Spotted goblin
OC:
Attack: 12
Damage: 8
She then uses her martial arts skill to do an unarmed strike as a bonus action hitting the horned goblin in front of her. She spins and kicks the goblin in the chest.
"Damn't! I thought this was an ambush" she takes aim at the lanky goblin

Okay, I forgot about those posts you and Gitro made about how your character's were also expecting an ambush. Honestly when I set it up I thought I had read far back enough when the encounter began. Margret and Elora will also get advantage on their next attack. I'm sorry for missing that, guys, truly.

Oh my god, yeah, they're both dead. I mean -
The spotted goblin gets another dart, this time in his right eye, shout his final words, "Not the other eye!" and falls lifeless on the ground.
Elora's strike at the horned goblin is strong enough to knock the air out of his lungs and stops his heart, permanently.
"Damn't! I thought this was an ambush" she takes aim at the lanky goblin
Longbow advantage 20 or 13
Damage 8
I'm sorry, but when you make a ranged attack with a weapon, a spell, or some other means, you have disadvantage on the attack roll if you are within 5 feet of a hostile creature who can see you and who isn't incapacitated.
The lanky goblin watches Margret aim her bow at him, allowing the goblin to easily lunge at Margret and jerk the longbow upwards as it fires.
Okay, so they're supposed to be cancelled out. But as the GM I'm going to say you get disadvatange here since expecting an ambush and using a ranged weapon against a creature in melee range of you doesn't really correlate. So as the GM, I rule that you get disadvantage on this attack but may have advantage on your next attack, unless you do the same thing again.
ooc: Honestly I should of read the posts further back (sound familiar? lol) I thought mr lanky was still shooting at us. so I would of dropped my bow and dispatched him with my Greatsword cause I would of liked to see him cleaved in halve but the die is cast....
In my defense though, I just woke up when I did it.
I'll say it again for anyone unsure. The horned and spotted goblins are dead. The lanky goblin is by the horses, in melee range (5 feet) of Margret, Varis, Duhrim, and Elora. The malnourished goblin is asleep, 30 feet to the right of the road and party by the horses. And Belsar is still by the wagon, 25 feet away from the horses and lanky goblin.
Oh my god, you know what, now that I look at it, that's pretty complicated. If you guys want, I'll try and get maps with grid lines and tokens that represent the characters. But please expect the module to move slower if I do do that.

But please, Trenet, turn order.
But Gitro's rolls are so good Elora doesn't even need advantage.
ooc: I suppose this is the surprise turn then
Just let me know when to post

The surprise lasts for a around, the round ended on the turn before this one. It's your turn now.
Do you want to do what your earlier post said and use the rolls?

OC: is Belsar MaxHams turn
IC Belsar streches his left arm toward the lanky goblin and utter a word of power "IGNI" Fire Bolt
OC Attack roll 10
Damage 1
Do another attack roll, MaxHam, since you have advantage. 13 is not enough to hit the lanky goblin.
IC:
Duhrim draws his warhammer and looks around for a goblin skull to cave in.
