Guard's CON save: 16
The guard is able to bring his leather-clad arm up, and the acid seems to splash harmless of it.
Soar, you close in on the guard, and with one strike you behead him. You hear gasps from the bushes.
The two cultists you had previously seen bring up their longbows to fire again; it's clear they are poorly trained with the weapons and handle them clumsily:
Attack: 5 Damage: 6 Attack: 9 Damage: 3
Honestly, you have no idea who they were trying to attack. The arrows fly off in random directions. You hear one swear, and they both drop their bows and race towards you, hands ready to draw their scimitars.
Two further cultists emerge from the bushes to attack Soar:
Attack: 12 Damage: 2 Attack: 11 Damage: 5
And another two to attack Jalt:
Attack: 7 Damage: 2 Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Both Jalt and Soar take hits, but seem untroubled.
A figure in a purple robe stands and walks towards you, an expression of fury on her face. This is Frulam Mondath, who you have seen before and whose office and chamber you ransacked. She eyes the eggs, and seems to hesitate before finding her resolve. No, you are not strong enough to take this. It is mine.
She points a finger at a spot next to Nate, and a huge flaming sword appears in mid-air and strikes towards him:
Attack: 25 Damage: 12
But it misses. She seems undeterred as she fires a stream of sickly energy towards Soar. Soar, please make a DEX saving throw, DC 14, and take 3 radiant damage if you fail.
Elspeth gasps in pain as the strike lands, flinching away from the recently dropped cultist. She reaches out and with a gesture casts entangle (str save 12) so it covers an area including both cultists 3, 4 and Mondath.
((Could she possibly pick up one of the eggs to use as a shield? Since the cultists seem to want the eggs back intact and probably wouldn't want to destroy them.))
Jalt, Cultist 5 staggers from the warpick in her chest; she's badly hurt but once again with these cultists, the fanatical gleam in her eye, the absolute faith in her dragon God, shines strong.
Soar, you are startled as the vines grow from the ground near your feet, but not towards you; they reach towards two cultists as well as Mondath herself:

Nate's eyes frantically scan the area as he sees more cultists come out of the bushes "god damn snakes in the grass.... hey, who the hell is she!!!???" he mumbles to himself as he starts to rub his arms and chest, casting Barkskin on himself. (Nate doesn't know this purple robed woman)
As a bonus action, Nate says to Elspeth while pointing his finger at her wound "Here... this should help!"

It looks like Soar can walk to Q7 (two squares in normal terrain, two in difficult terrain) and get within melee of Mondath, and the spell doesn't say anything about getting entangled after the spell is cast. So she'll do that, try to dodge an opportunity attack from C3, and take a swing at Mondath at advantage thanks to the entangle spell.
She swings the longsword at Mondath's head. "Strong enough to do this,"she says through gritted teeth.
Attack: 25 Damage: 18
If she hits, she will add in a smite for 16 radiant damage.

Soar, you swing at Mondath, and though she is restrained, she nevertheless manages to twist her body to avoid the strike.
Nate's skin changes strangely, seemingly growing tougher and harder to pierce.
The two inept archer-cultists look marginally happier as they charge at you all with their scimitars held high. They both attack Soar, Cultist 2 with flanking advantage:
Attack: 11 Damage: 7 Attack: 11 Damage: 4
(Correction - Cultist 1 is able to reach Soar and the attack hits, but Cultist 2 doesn't attack, instead using their full movement to dash around behind you.)
Cultists 3 and 4 seem emboldened and share their colleagues' frenzy; rather than attempting to free themselves, they also slash haphazardly towards Soar:
Attack: 20 Damage: 5 Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Soar sways and staggers, the blow knocking her left and right; she's barely able to stay standing. (Slight correction - the two attacks still stand, but Cultist 3's attack is actually an Opportunity Attack on Soar's turn as she moved.)
Cultists 5 and 6 continue their attack on Jalt:
Attack: 23 Damage: 7 Attack: 18 Damage: 3
But with less confidence and less success; Jalt takes a small stab to the chest, but his armour absorbs most of the thrust.
Mondath squirms in the vines that wrap around her, but raises her arm to point towards Elspeth. You, she says in a flat voice. The flaming sword twists and spins in the air as it moves towards Elspeth and comes down in a sharp slash:
Attack: 20 Damage: 7
But Elspeth dodges out of the way nimbly. She then turns, looks at Soar, and casts a spell. Strange little figures appear in the air surrounding her, flying and dancing in the air as they move; they appear to be lots of very small black dragons. Mondath smiles cruelly at Soar: Soon.
(Was the attack from cultist 3 the opportunity attack from Soar moving away from him to get to the east of Mondath? Otherwise he'd be stuck where he is. Also, can Cultists 1 and 2 get to Soar with normal 30 feet of movement, given the difficult terrain?)

Seeing Soar seemingly being surrounded, Jalt seems to have more urgency in his attack as he swings at the Cultist again with his war pick Attack: 12 Damage: 6
and invoking War Priest will either finish off the same cultist or attack Cultist 6: Attack: 16 Damage: 8
The war pick caves in both heads, the sound a strange mix of the crunch of the skull and the squelch of the flesh. Cultist 5 and 6 don't fall so much as they are both slammed to the ground, quite dead. The other cultists look on, perhaps a bit less convinced that they're going to win.

Seeing Soar about to be surrounded by enemies, Elspeth moves to O5 - a little too close for comfort - and casts thunderwave (10, Con 12 for half/not pushed) in an area that includes the three cultists and Mondath, but not Soar.
Two of the cultists are simply blown apart, their bodies shredded as they tumble through the air. One of the cultists seems to steel their nerves and resist the worst of it, but Mondath is push back ten paces, outside the entanglement area.
"Yeahhhh!!!" Nate can't keep it in when he sees Elspeth's booming thunderwave.
He sees Jalt handily take care of the two cultists nearest to him (with graceful ruthlessness I might add) so Nate decides to follow suit and help out Soar.
Nate readies his spear, and runs at cultist 3, stopping at P5 just before the weeds and tries to poke the spear into the cultists gut using two hands on the spear. Attack: 19 Damage: 6
He will then call out to Soar "Here Soar, this should help those wounds!" and points his finger at her. Bonus action level 2 Healing Word10

Elspeth and Jalt are up.
There are many things that are not Soar’s strong suit, and dex saves are one of them.

Cultist 3 saving throw: 11

All three are wrapped in vines; Mondath is calm, the cultists enraged at the magic being used against them.

Oh no, sorry! I just learned something. Ok, cancel the healing word.

Yes, I'm in the middle of fixing it...
Ha no worries! I took all the damage on Soar's sheet, but if anything changes, feel free to change as you see fit.
Please check the revised map, with Soar's movement and its outcomes shown correctly I hope. :)
Elspeth and Jalt are up.

The thunder booms across the landscape, but especially across Mondath and her three minions:
